chapter five

"What's wrong with you? Why are you acting like this!!??", I said to him.

"Look Em stop showing that you care about me, I know its all fake!!!", he said to me aggressively.

"Josh!!!! What is it? What are you talking about!!!!."

"Oh pls just go away. I don't wanna see you're face."______ Josh.

"What do you mean!!! I thought you loved me!!"

"Em, em, wake up." I hear Jordan's voice. And I jump up from bed.

"Hey what's going on, did you had a dream or something!! You were sweating!!", said Jordan.

I touch my head and yes I was sweating!!!!

"More like a nightmare then a dream!!", I said to Jordan.

"OK so what did you see?" Jordan asked curiously.

"I don't wanna talk about it." I said to her.

"Umm OK putting you're nightmare aside, how was you're first day? How was you're partner, ooh was he hot, tall,smart, sexy, good???" She said it all in one breath.

This all questions did not include putting my nightmare aside. This day is pretty much the reason I had this nightmare in the first place.

"OK first, he was a total jerk and no my day did not go good at all. It wasn't even okay!!!"

"All right, you seem a little pissed of but more you sound more upset!!!"

She got that right. I mean who wants to see her old love appear before her after 2 freaking years. And it took all my strength to almost forget him. Repeat almost.

I was thinking should I tell her about Josh or nor!!! If I say some random person and one day she meets him and see and all then she's gonna be damn angry!!!!

"Jordan its just my day is the reason I'm sweating now," I say to her.

"What do you mean?"

I look into her eyes and she seems worried for me. OK Em bad idea. Don't tell her anything about Josh. Just spin the story ok.

"Nothing its just hard you know. I guess the tension is getting to me."
I say this with a reassuring face.

"All right then I guess I'll let you have some sleep," says Jordan.

With that we both said good night and believe me I swear I fell asleep in 5 minutes. I guess I was more tired than upset.

When I woke up I had a massive headache!!!! And Jordan obviously went to jog. I sometimes go with her but I guess she noticed how tired I was she just didn't felt the need to wake me up. The coffee was already made and so was pancakes. Whoa my favourite morning breakfast. I took long hot shower and got ready. As soon as I walked into the kitchen I saw Jordan taking a sip from glass of orange juice.

"How'd you sleep?" She asked me.
"Fine I guess." I say to her.

"You know you still haven't told me about you're partner or about you're nightmare." She says to me.

OK what is it with best friends huh!!? They seem to be more excited about you're jobs first day then you are. Maybe only Jordan's like that. Who knows?

I'm just thinking I should tell her or not!! If I tell her then she's definitely gonna come with me today and rip Josh off. And she's so busy she doesn't need worrying about me.

"Hello!! Emma!!! Earth to Emma!"

"Umm yeah you know he's okay I guess." I say.

"Hmm is he good enough?"
