chapter twelve

- your pov | off the plane -

"back in arizona." i smile as we all got our luggage

"hey uhm hunter i want to go see brandon and ashton and say hi to your mom." i said to him but at that moment hailey decides to come in.

"sorry you can't. you're busy and we're busy." she smiles

"yeah I'm sorry. we won't be home." he says

i roll my eyes at their words and walk away.

"jovani!" i smile kissing his cheek
"oh my god that was so cute !" i hear a girl say

jovani and i look at each other then turn around to see a pretty blonde standing there.

"I'm sorry i just i love you guys so much." she says and we both smile

"did you want a picture?" i ask and she nods

jovani gets on her right side and I'm on her left
her mom takes the picture and then mario and julian come.

"can i get a picture with the four of you?"
we smile nod our heads sure and take a squad goals picture. her mom snaps the picture again and we all smile to her and say bye.

"woah hunter it's okay! not all fans want pictures with you." mario laughs at his expression

"or hailey." i look up at mario

hailey was in the bathroom at the time so hunter didn't even defend her.

he just stared at me with a hurt look.

I wasn't going to feel bad. no way. he's dating someone who is so rude to me and when she's around he's not even himself.

"should we head to my house?" hunter asks as hailey comes back.

well i guess the boys had this all planned out way ahead of time.

"what about y/n?" mario asks

"she can stay." hailey says

"okay don't be such a bitch." mario rolls his eyes

i just stand there. silent.

"and don't call her that." hunter says

"well maybe she shouldn't be one to y/n."
he paused for a moment "you knew y/n first and now you're treating her like shit."

with that everyone was silent until i spoke.

"I'm just going to text the jacks and madison."
i smiled pulling out my phone "they're in arizona this week."

"you're coming with us." mario says

haileys jaw drops and mario looks at her
"yes hailey, you heard me she's coming with us."

I intertwine fingers with jovani and we both walk out with julian and mario while hunter and hailey are behind us.

- hunters house !! your pov -

"hey guys." hailey walks in disappointed
and I couldn't be any happier.

looking past her and hunter i saw brandon.
finally. i saw him look confused.

"brandon!" i smile
"who are you?" he asks me
my smile disappeared in an instant.
"I'm just kidding y/n." he runs up to me and he gives me the tightest hug he ever has.
"i missed you so much." i say
"i missed you more than you can imagine."
he lets go of our hug and i look at him.
"that's my bestfriend." he laughs
which brings me back to us singing that on our walk home after school.

"I'm the greatest bestfriend ever that i got that all on video." mario says showing brandon and me the video.

"i have two great bestfriends." i smile

"snapchat." i say to brandon and he nods yes

we take a picture and I caption it
'finally saw my bestfriend. i missed him 💘'

"y/n?" i hear a sweet voice

"ashton oh my gosh!" i smile and run to him.
i pick him up and hug him just like old times.

"i want a picture with you for sure." I smile

i kissed his cheek and he had the cutest smile in the picture.
' my little brother ☺️💖 missed him!'
I captioned it on snapchat.

"mrs. rowland. " I smile and walk over to give her a hug "you look beautiful."

she smiles at me "thank you y/n. you still look as gorgeous as always."

after talking to christine for a while i walk upstairs with all the boys except hunter.

that includes mario, brandon, ashton, julian and jovani.

"so you and my bestfriend." brandon smirks
"tell him." jovani turns to me
i laugh a little and nod okay.

i pulled brandon aside.

"you still like hunter, he's being a jerk. you and jovani had a conversation and agreed that you'd break up soon. you both think it's best if you were bestfriends." he sums it all up

"how'd you?" i look extremely confused

"lucky guess." he raised an eyebrow

we both laughed and walked into the separate guest rooms.

as i walked into mine i saw hailey. once again.
after the 15 minutes i loved not seeing her.
"no way." i turned to brandon
she looked at me and rolled her eyes.

"you can stay with hunter and i." he says

"woah no way." she quickly gets up

"sucks." brandon smiles and we walk off
