Chapter 2

Joey's POV:

I unlocked Lauren’s phone and I saw her twitter opened, I got out of it and went on messages, i think i saw my name on there though. Nick was calling us to go over I Wanna Be so I quickly texted Brian and ran off to get my bug puppet and into position.

After hours of rehearsals we were finally free to go. It started raining really bad outside, lucky I brought my car. I remembered that Lauren walked here so I went up to her “hey lo, it's raining pretty bad outside. Do you want me to give you a ride home?” she nodded “sure just let me get my stuff” She ran over to her bag and packed everything. I started walking towards the door with her following, we got in the car and I started driving.

It was a really quiet drive, nobody was talking. We arrived to her apartment, I parked in the drive way and looked at Lauren in the passenger seat. She looked up from her phone and realised we were there, she began go undo her seat belt. She got out of the car and started walking towards the building, she asked “wanna come in? we can watch a couple movies” I nodded, why not I didn’t have anything on that night. I got out of the car and we went inside her apartment, while she went in the kitchen she said “do you wanna pick a movie while I make popcorn” I made my way to her stack of DVD’s and finally picked one. I sat on the couch and turned on the tv, she walked back from the kitchen with a bowl of popcorn and sat her small figure next to me and her head leaning against my shoulder.

We watched the movie and I realised she was asleep on my shoulder. I lightly shook her shoulder “Lo the movies finished, im gonna go” she opened her eyes and realised she fell asleep on me “oh my gosh i'm sorry I fell asleep” she blushed, she looked adorable. We both stood up and I headed to the door “thanks for giving me a lift home” she said. I smiled “no problem, anything for you Lo” she hugged me and I walked out.
