Chapter 5

Amber's POV

Life is getting normal already, Krystal is going out on regular base. We went to movies, having dinner together at our regular places at Apgujeong. She even go out with her old friends like Suzy and Jiyoung.

It's been announced that we're having a meteor shower today and if we're lucky, we'll be able to see Mercury and Venus at around 21.25. The sky always fascinate me, and what would be better than to see it with the person you care the most.

I asked for Mr. and Mrs. Jung permission yesterday to bring Krystal a little bit late home to do some stargazing.

Mr. Jung didn't answer, in fact he hasn't talk to me for quite a while. I'm sad about this, but I'm not giving up, I’m gonna show him that I can take good care of her daughter even that I'm a girl. Mrs. Jung on the contrary is showing more tolerance, she said yes to my request, made me promise to bring Krystal home direct afterward. I gave her my word.

We lay down on the blanket, looking at the clear sky. I took out another blanket and covered her. She smiled.

“Have you seen a meteor shower before, Am?” she asked

“I did, as I was 14”

“Did you wish something?”

“Yeah”

“Did it come true?”

“I don't know yet, but it's going the right way”

I looked into her eyes. I was 14 as I came out to my family that I'm gay. They just nodded, as if they already knew all along. I wished that night that I’ll find a girl for life, the one I'm going to cake care of for the rest of my life, the one who's going to love me for the rest of her life. And she's right in front of me right now.

“Look, Am!”

The sky went bright, the meteor shower started.

“It's beautiful....” she said

I only watched them for a while and turned my head to look at her.

You're thousand times more beautiful than that, Krys...

She closed her eyes, I guessed she's making a wish right now.

My eyes strayed to her lips, her beautiful lips, how much I want to kiss her.

I shook my head trying to get rid of that thought, she might be still scared of that.

I turned my head away from her and closed my eyes, making my wish.

Krystal's POV

I opened my eyes and saw Amber closed her eyes. Hehehhe she must be making her wish.

She's so pretty and handsome, my eyes strayed to her lips.

They look so soft, I wonder how they feel on mine...

Damn, Krystal Jung, what are you thinking?

I got embarrassed at my own thought.

Amber took out the hot chocolate, we sat drinking it. It feels so nice. 21.20. I am excited about seeing the planets.
