-Chapter 02-

"So..it seems like we're going to be partners."- Nate said, as he was looking at the paper and then turned to me with a grin plastered on his face. Duh.. this guy is so..ugh!!

"Yay life."- I said sarcastically before getting out of the class.

Two more hours passed quickly and it was lunch time. I was in the cafeteria searching for Alexa. She waved at me and I sat next to her. She was with a girl.

"Hey, I'm Jessie"- I presented myself.

"I'm Roxanne, you can call me Rox, or Roxy.."- she said while she was smiling. She seemed a nice a girl.

"Aren't you the girl who spilled that soda on Nate Jacobsen's t-shirt?"-  she continued while I was taking a bite from my slice of pizza.

"Yup, that's me."

"Did you do it on purpose?"- she asked me.

"I wish I had..but no. I bumped into him by mistake and I was going to apologize for that, before he acted like a total jerk by calling me a nerd. So I said that i'm not sorry and that I don't give a fuck on his damn t-shirt. He seemed pretty upset...and then, boom.. I find out that he's going to be my partner for the literature homework."

"What??"- Alexa asked.

"Yeah..pretty depressing, right?"

Before she could say something, Nate came to our table with his bunch of retards and he placed his hands on the table, facing me:" So..tomorrow, 4 pm, right after school, meet me in the parking lot. I'll take you to my place so we can finish that damn project."- and with that..they left outside in the back yard.

"What the hell?  He set the meeting and he didn't even asked me if it was ok for me ?"

"Whoa that was kind of bossy if you ask me."- Roxy said with an amused tone.

"Mhm.."- Alexa agreed.

Ok, so this guy was pretty getting on my nerves. I'm not always that pissed off and I don't like being like that...but this guy really pisses me off.

Before thinking it twice I got up and went straight to the back yard where the idiots were. I could here the girls calling me, but I didn't care.

"Look what, Mr jerk.."- I stopped when I saw Nate almost sucking a girls' face...God...Alexa was right, they were all man-whores and the rest of the boys were there and they didn't really seem to care.When Nate saw me he stopped whatever he was doing with that girl and looked at me with curiosity and the bitch left waving at the boys.

"What do you want?"- he asked me.

"Well, I just came to.."

"To what?"- he cut me off, heading towards me.

"To tell you that.."

I was nervous, I didn't know what to do...I was, I was...weak. He pushed me gently to a wall, trapping me between his arms, but I didn't want him to see that he made me feel like that ..so I gathered my strength and pushed hard into his chest making him back off. God, this guy had a tough torso.

"I came here to tell you that I don't want our meeting to be today, 'cause I have better things to do." Lie! I just didn't want him to think that he can make the rules and set meetings without even asking if it's ok for me.

"Like what?"- he asked me.

"None of your business. Tomorrow, right after school..i'm free."- I informed him.

"Ok. Tomorrow then."

I turned back and heard his friends saying something about this, but I didn't care.
