Jacob's POV
After they left Sabrina placed her hand on the middle of my back and rubbed slowly. Don't get me wrong, I can't fucking stand her-but my pack needs an active, loyal Luna. And if Melony does happen to pass away. Then Sabrina will take her place.
Sabrina- Alpha Chresanto wanted to let you know that there is gonna be a meeting.
Jacob- What time?
Sabrina- 10:40. So in about a hour.
Jacob- Okay. Leave.
Sabrina- (removes hand) What?
Jacob- I said leave. I'm busy.
Before she had the chance to argue I shoved her out the door and locked it. Annoying ass. For some reason I have mixed feelings when it comes to Sabrina. Sometimes I can't stand her, and others I long for her touch. It just confusing. Like I'm having an inner-battle with myself.
After about a good 5 minutes in my thoughts I finally found the strength to get up and go to my room to get ready. I've been ridiculously weak since the fight in the woods with Melony's pack.
Xavier- Your a coward.
Jacob- What do you want Xavier.
Xavier has been taking jabs at me about the Melony situation for the longest.
Xavier- Your a shitty excuse for a mate. Melony deserves better.
Jacob- Xavier I'm not in the mood we have business to take ca-(gco)
Xavier- No we don't. Our business is Melony's well being. She dying dammit!
Jacob- Well I guess that sucks for her pack. We still have a mission to accomplish here. We promised vengeance for our pack elders and thats what will happen.
I felt an overwhelming shock go through my body and my vision became blurred.
I tried to blink it away. But then a body came into view. It was a girl, covered in blood. Her eyes were a terrifying shade of red as well. Worse then a rouge. She had on a hospital gown and was heading towards the city. I took a set forward accidentally stepping on a twig making it snap. The girls head whipped to meet mine and a wicked smile covered her face. Her teeth we razor sharp.
Girl- Your too late.
Then she races toward me and everything went black.
I know this is a stupid short chapter please please please forgive me. But I'll make it up to you. Promise. Anyways.
