Dr. Smiley is stressed out because he lose his medical tools and also his victims. His victims ran out of his grasp and now he is working and Steven came in.
"Hey." Steven smiled
"Fuck off!" Dr. Smiley growled
"Are you stressed out again?" Steven asked
"NO IM FINE!" Dr. Smiley yelled
Steven begin to look down as Smiley sighs and look at him.
"I'm sorry and yes I am. My medical tools are missing and my victims got out of my grasp." Dr. Smiley said
He came over and hugged Steven and gave him a kiss. Dr. Smiley begin to giggle a bit as Steven thought it was a regular one but Dr. Smiley begin to laugh insanely.
"Ready for your check up?" Dr. Smiley grinned
Steven them back away as Dr. Smiley came closer.
"Babe please stop! This isn't like you." Steven begged
That's when Dr. Smiley stabbed his scalpel on the side of his stomach and Steven started to scream and cry. His fathers Matt and Jimmy, Nathan, Mark, Rose, Jason and Zack heard Steven's cries and they all quickly went upstairs to see Steven getting stabbed by Smiley.
"Steven?!!" Matt gasped
"What happened?!" Mark asked
Steven groaned as blood begin to pool out and Jason gasp along with Nathan.
"Smiley what did you do?!!" Nathan gasped
"Smiley why?!!" Rose gasped
Jimmy gasped and wrote a note:
"Oh my goodness!! Steven are you ok?!!"
"We have to help him." Zack said
"Hold on buddy. Your fathers and friends are here." Jason said
They all begin to take care of Steven's stab wound and Dr. Smiley realize what he done. He started to cry and begin to go to his room and cry some more.
"Steven I'm so sorry." Dr. Smiley cried
Mark begin to clean up the blood while Nathan put some cotton balls to clean up the stab wound as Matt begin to take some stitching string. Jimmy place the rubbing alcohol as it stings. It took about 3 hours to get Steven fix and after when he is done, Steven went in his room and begin to shake. It is now dinner time and everyone begin to eat while Ayame is drinking her milk as Victoria is being patted on the back and she burps.
"Oh my goodness. I think my son should probably wait until Smiley apologized." Matt said
After when everyone ate, they all then fall asleep as Smiley is crying. He cannot believe he did that to his true love
