Operation Mongoose

Regina was planning on giving everyone their happy endings. But not as evil. "I need you guys to be part oof it." Regina says. "Operation Mongoose." Henry yells out. Regina smiles. "I know Maleficent's happy ending." I say. "What is it?" Regina asks looking at me with excitement. "Maleficent had a daughter. Lily." I say eyeing Henry. "Your mom's childhood best friend." I say to Henry. "Erica. Henry." Regina says. "Get Emma Swan. Meet us at Granny's." We run off back to the apartment. We quickly run in to find Emma with Hook. As usual. They were talking on the couch. "Mom!" Henry says running towards her. "Henry!" Emma says hugging him. "We need your help." I say walking towards them.  "With what?" She asks. "Did you know.. a girl named Lily?" I ask. "You know Lily?" Emma asks. "Yeah. She's Maleficent's daughter." I say. Emma's eyes widen as she sits back down. "What is it, love?" Hook asks her. Did she not know. "My first and only friend as a child, was fake." She says. Oh. I could see Emma start to break. "Hey." Hook says raising her chin and stroking her cheek. The look they give each other. It was priceless. "Why?" Hook asks. "Why do you need Emma?" "We need some information on Lily." Henry says. "Come on!" "Where?" Emma asks. "We're meeting Regina at Granny's" Henry answers. Hook and Emma follow. We go out to Granny's. "We got Emma." I say to Regina who was in a booth talking to Robin. "Okay. What do you know about Maleficent's daughter?" Regina asks. "Well." Emma starts sitting down. "She had some sort of birthmark. It was a star." "That's all the information we need." Regina says getting up. "What??" I ask. "I know her. She changed her name to Starla. She works at a coffee shop in Storybrooke." Regina says. "Okay. Mom you, Regina, and Robin, find Lily." Henry says. "Where are you going?" Emma asks. "There's another part of operation mongoose that Erica and I need to take care of." Henry says. Henry grabbed my hand and we ran out of granny's. "Where are we going?" I ask. "To the blue fairy. I'm getting my dad back." Henry answers. "Henry." I say stopping.  "Yeah." He says slowing down. The only way to bring someone back from death is to bring someone into death. I didn't want to bring down his hopes. Maybe the blue fairy had something. "N-Nevermind." I say. We enter the woods and summon the blue fairy and explain our problem. She was beautiful. With a sparkling blue dress the same color as her shoes and hair piece. Her wings were as bright as the sun. "I might have something." She says handing us a candle. "Light it and say someone's name to trade spots with your father." She says. In a blink she was gone. The expression on Henry's face was something I've never seen. Sadness. Like he was giving up. "I can't do it." Henry says sitting in a log. "No! Henry don't give up." I sat joining him on the log. "I'm not a murderer." He says looking at me. "Of course not! We just need help." I say. He eagerly starts listening. "Mr. Gold." We run to his shop that was still open. We saw Mr. Gold talking to someone in the back. We quickly ran back there. It was.. Aidan! "Gold!" Henry yells. "Hello dearie." He answers. "How is he alive?" I ask. "I brought him back." He answers. "You said you couldn't bring anyone back." I say. "Yes, unless you have the ashes of their heart which was provided to me by Regina." He explains. "He works for me." "So you can bring my dad back?" Henry asks. Gold lets out a heavy sigh and sits on the bench behind him. "Henry. If I could bring my son back I would have ages ago. "He's your happy ending." Henry says. "Indeed." He says with a nod. "Here." Henry says handing him the fairy's candle. "Bring him back. I can't do it." Henry whispers. "Please." I say. Gold looks from me to Aidan. "I think you shall have the honors." He says handing it to me. "What." I say. "Aidan." Gold whispers. "No. Erica don't do it." Henry says. Tears roll down my face. "But I currently don't have fire." Gold says turning the candle into a knife. "It should do the same job." "Erica no!" Henry screamed. I turned around seeing Henry's face. "I have to." I whisper. "You have to see your father." I take the knife from Rumple. Then I look at Aidan's face. He nods. "Do it." I shot the knife right in to his chest. "Erica!" Henry yells running over to me and giving me hug. I cry in to his shoulder watching my best friend die. It was the worst feeling ever! We look from each side. No Baelfire. Then we heard the doors of the shop open. It was--Baelfire! "Bae!" Rumple says running towards his son and giving him a hug. "Dad." Henry says. "Henry!" Bae exclaims hugging him. "Wait. The only way to bring someone back is to kill someone." Baelfire says immediately shifting his eyes to look to his father. "What did you?" He asks. "It wasn't me." Rumple says. "It was.. Erica." I looked scared. I was now known as a murderer. But it was for a good cause. "Who did you kill?" He asks. I cringe immediately at the word kill. "Him--" I answer looking to where Aidan was laying. "Where'd he go?" I ask. "The underworld." Rumple says. I felt this thing bubbling inside me. Guilt. Regret. Asking myself if it was worth it. But reuniting Henry with his father was the least I could do after all the trouble and danger I caused them.

We went back to the apartment with Neal-- Baelfire--whatever he goes by! Emma was in the kitchen with Hook looking through Henry's storybook. "Hey mom." Henry says. "Hey kid." Emma says not even moving her eyes from the book. "Hey Hook." I say. He actually shifts his eyes to look at me. Then Neal. "Emma." Hook says nudging her with his elbow. She looks up. "Neal!" She screams running over to hug him. "I thought I'd never see you again!" He says. I could tell by Hook's clenched jaw and tensed fists, he was not happy to see him again. Once they released their hug the men shook hands. "So whatcha guys up to?" Henry asks walking over to the book. "We got Lily to her mom. Maleficent was thrilled. But uh, there's a problem, Henry." Emma says. "With what?" Henry asks scanning the page the book was flipped to. "Operation Mongoose." Emma answers. "What is Cruella De Vil's happy ending?" We all give each other blank stares. "Ursella's is to have her voice back, Maleficent's is her daughter, Regina's is true love." Emma explains. "Wealth?" I question. "No. It's something more." Henry says. "We need to find her true love." "Cruella doesn't love." I say to him. "Everyone does." He says. True. Emma, Hook, Henry, and I run into the forest and summon the blue fairy.. Again, "We need something to find Cruella's true love." I say to her. "Here." She says handing us a blue peck of fairy dust. "How are we supposed to use this?" Hook asks. Then it starts to glow and she blows it off her hand. "Follow it." She whispers. We all follow behind it. It lead us to an apartment #502. We knock on a door. Someone comes out.

Authors note: I'm going to start doing different POV [Point of View] with the characters. Just to tell you guys that. If your confused I call Hook, Killian or Hook. It switches off. Also you would know if you are a Bryson Tiller fan, his song 502 come up is the apartment number. Also I haven't updated this story in a while. Sorry!! ;(
