After Harry had explained about his reoccurring dream, and been lectured by Leo and Hakyeon about silencing his nightmares, everything seemed to return to normal. The competitors were slowly figuring out the puzzle of the second task and the bodyguards stayed vigilant as per usual.
"Please just ask her out, on a date, anything! You're driving me insane" Wonshik watched Krum roll the golden egg between his hands, and sighed. Getting up from where he sat, Wonshik grabbed the egg mid roll.
"Any idea what it means?" He asked the sports star. Viktor nodded.
"An underwater challenge. I'm sure it means the Black Lake" and Wonshik blinked at the definitive answer. With that sorted, Wonshik began shoving Viktor out of the room and towards the library to work out his situation with a certain bushy haired genius.
Hongbin and Hakyeon's charges had also figured out the task and had begun the trips to the library to find a solution. Leo found himself following Harry to the same room.
"Potter, you finished your homework. Why are you here?" Leo asked, it wasn't like Harry to do extra reading unless stalked by Hermione.
"It's to do with my dream. I'm curious about something" the boy admitted and Leo nodded mutedly, concerned. This had been on his mind for a while then, Leo thought. Following him, he noted the title of the book Harry grabbed
"A Historical Collection of Wizarding Families" and frowned. What on earth did he want to know? Flicking through the book, Harry found the page he was looking for. The Gaunts were an old hateful Wizarding family to which Tom Riddle was born. Harry turned the page and saw that Tom's father was a Muggle from the town and frowned. That hypocritical git. Though it gave them another thing in common. Harry hated that. Shoving the book back on the shelf harder than necessary (earning him a glare frome Madame Pince) Harry left the library, with Leo on his tail.
"What was the book for?" Leo asked later that evening. Harry looked over to his bodyguard,
"He's coming back, I can feel it. I just want to know as much as I can" he admitted. Leo's eyes widened,
"Coming back? What do you mean?"
"Well that's the impression I got from the dream. Didn't you?" Harry asked. Leo nodded
"I guessed as much. So what do you know?" Harry sighed and admitted,
"Not much. The house was his father's and he is a half blood - at least I know where his hatred comes from" turning to face the older boy, he smiled slightly.
"I'm off to bed. Need to be ready to cheer for everyone tomorrow" with that, Harry nearly ran up the stairs. Leo rolled his eyes. The boy was even resorting to sleep to avoid talking with him. Though the bit about rest was true. Especially if the bodyguards having to follow the champions was true. He'd need to be on hand because some of them couldn't swim.
