I rolled over and frowned as I felt a shiver run down my spine. This wasn’t right... Gaara is usually wrapped around me with his sand around us keeping us nice and warm...

I opened my eyes to see a dark room, that was strange... our room had a window with no curtains so there should be light.

I sat up and tried to pull my legs up so I could move off the bed but there was clinking noises and my foot was stopped.

I moved my leg to feel it was restricted. I reached down blindly, sliding down my leg and my hand came in contact with metal... chains...

The memories hit me like a brick making my heart thud, Gaara. He is going to freak out, Omg what if he destroys the village or something?

There was a noise as a door was opened. I looked over to see a tall dark figure standing in the doorway with a light behind him. It was hard to see his face because of the bright light but I knew it was a guy.

Suddenly the whole room was lit up making me look around quickly and I saw I was in a cement room. I looked back to the guy to see he had a twisted smile and scars all across his face like he was stitched together.

I went to go do a jutsue but nothing happened.

"You won't get out.' the man said in a disgusting voice, 'the chains cancel any chakra."

I pulled on the chain but it was useless. I looked at him and his smirk grew, "so you are the Kazekage fiancée, quite the beauty aren’t you?"

He reached forward to touch me but I jerked back seeing his hands were stitched together as well. He pulled his hand back, glaring at me.

"Fortunately for you I only need a drop of your blood!" before I could move he swiped a finger across my cheek cutting it and there was my blood on it.

I cupped my face and in walked a girl with long blond hair and red eyes. She was wearing a short dress like thing and heels.

He held out his hand to her and she grabbed it sticking the bloodied finger in her mouth.

She closed her eyes then when she opened them, her eyes were mine...

She kicked off the heels and I watched as her hair turned brown and her complexion got darker. I watched horrified as her face began moving along with the bones in her body.

In a few moments an identical image of myself was staring back at me.

She let go of the guys hand and smirked at me, "my you sure do have a nice smooth skin." my voice said from the stranger’s body.

"What is going?!" I finally spoke and it was freaking me out.

She glared at me, "don’t you get it already? I’m taking your form so I can kill Gaara then we will let you go and you will take the blame." she giggled.

I glared and shot from the bed with a yell but the doctor stepped back pulling her back as well. I hit the ground and my foot was stuck at an odd angel as it was pinned to the bed by the chain.

"I will kill you!" I growled pushing me up on one foot and reached for her but she was too far.

She smirked, "too bad I will kill Gaara first." she giggled walking away and the doctor left closing the door leaving me in darkness.

"No! Don’t do this! Don’t hurt him!" I screamed but no one heard or if they did they weren't going to come.

I sat on the bed covering my face. This is all my fault. Gaara is going to get killed because of me...

I cried softly as I sat in the cold room.

Gaara’s p.o.v

She... she’s gone... that’s all that went through my head. Shukaku was going crazy in my head freaking out, saying we should have gone with her... but we didn't. .. Now she is gone.

For the first time in a long time I wanted to cry. A knock on the door made me compose myself.

"What is it?" I snapped unable to control my anger.

"Gaara... the elders want to speak to you..." that was Temari, she sounded so sad like she was going to cry.

I got up and left the room passing her and went to the elder’s room. I sat down, "what is it." I growled feeling Shukaku on the verge of exploding from me.

I saw they looked more terrified that usual. They must think with Suki gone I was going to kill all of them...

Well I want to but she went through trouble to stop me from destroying the mist village.

I tried sniffing her out but the farther I went from the village the fainter her scent was. Shukaku couldn’t even pick it up. It was like they disappeared. I already had people going to every village to look for her.

"We figured that someone is using Suki to lure you out so they can kill you."

I clenched my fists in anger, "I will kill who ever took her." I promised and stood up.

I needed to calm down, if I didn’t I would probably kill everyone.

I was heading to the front door when it was thrown open by one of the scout ninja.

"We found her,' he was out of breath, 'she is in the leaf village. She is badly injured and- he stopped talking when he saw my pissed off expression and disappeared.

Temari came in but when I ran out she followed panicked. Suki, they hurt Suki...

I didn’t stop until I got to the leaf village. Temari was panting and I was out of breath.

We pushed on to the Kazekage house, which is where Suki would be.

When I opened the door in a rush I saw Naruto and sakura standing there looking sad.

I looked over and my heart thudded, "Suki?" I muttered and she turned her head to me.

She was sitting up as lady Hokage was wrapping up her leg. She smiled, "Gaara, your ok." she sighed in relief.

She was covered in bandages. Her head, her arms and one was in a holder type thing, her chest was wrapped up and she had cuts and bruises as well.

She stood up and winced and limped towards me, "I’m so happy to see you."

She limps over to me hugging me, "I’m so glad."
