Luke smile as he finished editing his latest video. Now it was just going to take hours to upload and he would finally be able to enjoy the outside world...haha just kidding what even is this outside?
Luke pushed away his laptop, standing up and stretching in his red boxers and emoji t-shirt that Emma got him as a Christmas gift. He smiled, an image of that tiny person stuck in his head. He tended to think about her a lot. Especially now after they decided on living together.

He walked out of his room, hungry as always, to find Emma wrapped in a towel, a smaller one wrapped around her hair (which has probably just be re-dyed showing as Emma took hours in that bathroom. He stared at her pale skin and looked away. Emma frowned.
"Don't get all flustered on me when you're standing there like some underpants boy."

Luke sigh "whatever. I'm hungry and was going to go make something. You want anything?"

Emma played with the edge of the towel on her head "Not from anything you make. You know vegan food doesn't settle with me."

Luke got defensive "not everything I make is vegan. How about some...um" Luke really wanted tofu but he couldn't say that or his argument about being vegan would be all for not.

Emma started walking away "how about some vegetable soup? It's been chilly lately and I think I may be catching something. Just don't burn down the apartment."

Luke's mind flashed like a light bulb. That's it! He could just search up a recipe and proof to Emma that he knew exactly what he was doing when it came to cooking.

He happily marched to the kitchen, grabbing his phone on the way as his laptop was in load mode. He pulled out a big pan and smiled...for only a few seconds before forgetting what he had to do next. He then remembered his phone in his hand and asked Siri for recipes for vegetable soup. Once he found one he liked he got to work pulling out all the ingredients.

Emma soon later came in all dried and dressed with newly dyed hair. She sat on the couch and watched her distracted boyfriend slave himself over the vegetables. He tried so hard and what came out was a little spicy and salty yet pretty okay in Emma's opinion.
Luke sat like a little obedient puppy with his eyes all sparkling as he watched Emma take her first bite. She tried her best not to show any emotion until swallowing and she gave him a thumbs up taking another bite just to make him even more happier before putting the bowl down and saying
"For your first try, it's alright."
He frowned upon hearing just "alright" but he took it and sat next to her closely.

"I think my hard work deserves an award."

Emma smirked. "What? Do you want a sticker?"

He narrowed his eyes, staring down at her. "Come on Emma. I thought it was good you thought it was good," he leaned closer "how about a prize for participation at least."

Emma's smirk only grew. She was enjoying his begging. "Alright you big baby."

She held onto his face, leaning in. Luke excitedly leaned in as well, but not too fast. His eyes were closed and Emma's smile came back as she then moved her hands around him, going past his lips as she gave him a hug patting him on the back. Luke's eyes went wide and then he groaned in annoyance.
"Oh fuck you Emma."
He then aggressively squeezed her and flipped her over onto the couch, with her back pressed against it. Roughly, his lips were on hers so fast she didn't have time to fight back. It was like a battle that session was. Once they were too tired to continue, they broke apart, both angry and happy at the same time.

Luke then smiled and Emma laughed saying "alright you got your reward now let me up..."

She pushed him out of the way and saw they had knocked over her bowl. Her hamster was going wild in his cage. She laughed nervously blushing and Luke smirked and stood up picking up the bowl,

"You see? I can cook! I swear!"
