Once the evening came around, the house was clean, decorated, and ready for their guests. Silver and her brother Drake were now waiting to be called the living room. There was a knock at the front door and entered the special guests.

"Good evening Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy, once we are settled the children will come downstairs to greet you. Come, sit down."

Luis insisted on sitting on the expensive furniture. Then Stella, the stepmother, called down the two children.

"May I present to you Drake Rose and Silver Rose, children of Luis Rose." She states proudly like she gave them birth herself.

Lucius Malfoy seemed to have hummed when both entered the room. Drake grew to be a young handsome man and he is known to have a smart mind and plans to remain ties with his father's co-workers in business. Silver was more known for her singing voice and outstanding magic abilities, especially non-verbal magic. These two kids will be the next power family once they are old enough to wed. This pleased Lucius with great pride.

"Now today we wish to discuss the arrangement between Lucius and Luis for their kin. That Draco Lucius Malfoy is to wed Silver Light Rose once they both come to age. Tonight will officially seal the agreement and prevent any danger to come to them in the form of side relationships not mentioned in the contract." Stated the neutral party that deals with the law.

Silver nearly paled at the word 'wed'. Father hid this information since it was made before Drake reached the age of two. It was in order to keep his only daughter in safe hands and to ensure that their line stayed strong. Drake has the same situation with another pure-blood family, that lives in the north. It was common to plan and arrange marriages.

"Now for Lucius, not only will Draco wed Silver but also receive the second heirloom of the Rose family. For Luis, Silver will wed Draco but also receive the care and protection of her husband. Including, the wife's heirloom of the Malfoy family. The last exchange will be financially and will be dealt with later. Now Draco and Silver, your signatures will be needed."

The man produced parchment out of thin air with the details of the contract. Draco signed first the Silver next. Her fingers shaking as she signed the object that sealed her fate. Tears threatening to come forth.

At the dinning table, Draco and Silver sat next to each other. It was silent between the two and the girl would just look away from the Malfoy. It made the parents edge with her but, she placed a smile and played her part.

They decided to stay the night in the best guestrooms. It was nerve racking but, Drake managed to calm his sister down. She was stuck with former death eaters and followers of the dark lord. It was now all set in the law.
