The Sunset and the Wind (Kuga Kyosuke x reader)

This afternoon, you were jogging in the streets with your boyfriend, hand-in-hand. You and Kyosuke weren't riding on his motorcycle today because Kyosuke thought maybe a little run with you might be a good date. You loved stride as much as Kyosuke and that's where the two of you met and that's also the reason why the two of you got together.

Kyosuke led you to the beach where the two of you running. Sometimes the two of you start racing against each other for fun and other times you two would slow down then take a rest. Right now, the two of you sat down on the sand as the two of you watched the sunset together. The sky was beautiful as well since it was tinted with the orange color.

"Stay here." Kyosuke said as he jogged off to somewhere. You didn't had the chance to ask why since you were out of breath. You panted as you took out your towel and began wiping your sweat while Kyosuke jogged back to you. You suddenly felt something cold on your cheek as you looked at your boyfriend.

"Here." Kyosuke gave you a bottle of water.

"Oh, thanks." You took the bottle and unscrew the cap as you drank big chugs of cold water. You sighed in relief as you felt all the dehydration washed away. Kyosuke sat beside you after.

"Want?" You offered him the bottle but he shook his head.

"I already drank there." He replied bluntly as he looked back to the ocean, watching the beautiful sunset. 

You stared at him while the information processed in your mind. It was an indirect kiss. A knowingly blush crept along your cheeks as you gaped a bit. You could have been used to it by now because he was your lover. But, he was unpredictable on his actions which leaves you off guard at times.

Unknown to you, Kyosuke sneaked a glanced at your expression as he smirked a bit before looking back to sunset. You shook your head and gazed back to the sunset as you watched it with him. 

Silence engulfed between the two of you except for the wind blowing away to your face and the sounds of the waves crashing to shore. You closed your eyes as you enjoyed the sea breeze. 

"The wind's gentle today." Kyosuke commented as you looked at him, nodding in agreement. 

"The sunset's beautiful too." You mused as you scooted a bit closer and rested your head on his shoulder. Kyosuke leaned on top of your head as well with the sunset across the horizon.

"(Y/N)."

"Hm?"

"The finals is almost here." He said as he held your hand in his. 

"I know." You replied to him as he looked at him. In return, he looked at you and leaned forward as he placed his lips onto yours. You stared at him a bit and found yourself melting into the kiss until you kissed him back. After a few seconds, he pulled away and you looked at him with pink dusted on both of your cheeks.

"I'll race for the team... and for you, (Y/N)." Kyosuke said as he kissed your forehead.

You nodded as you smiled at him. "Do your best out there, Kyosuke! I'll be rooting for you and the others!" 

Kyosuke smiled back at you and nodded as the wind blew his hair gracefully along with yours.
