The next day I felt like I needed to get out. I called Lottie and we agreed to go to this hotel/club place called 'liquid'. It was basically a hook-up joint. The club was downstairs and you can hire a room upstairs.

Me and Lottie entered. I went to the bar to get us some drinks, "two vodka and cokes please."
"Yup comin' right up," the bartender replied.
"Excuse me," a man from behind me asked.
"Yup?," the bartender answered.
"Make that three vodka and cokes, and put it on my tab."
I turned around to face a tall figure, dark haired, bright green eyes.
"Hi, um, thanks for paying for our drinks."
"Who is 'our'?," he politely asked in a low musky voice.
"'Our' is me and my friend Lottie who seems to be snogging someone's face off," I said peering over him.
"Ahh, well, you can keep me company then."
"Okay."
