Chapter 22:

Slender's P.O.V:

I looked above and into the skies, a bright light shined across it.

"What do you think happened?" Jack asked as he stood by my side, looking up as well.

"I'm not sure, let's go,"

"Right..."

I teleported to the nearest city to our home. We walked a few miles and ended up home. I walked into my room as Jack walked into his.

"What are you doing?!" I shouted as I saw Lucian holding Rain. He was hovering his hands over her body, glowing a red color.

"Don't touch her," He hissed and held her tighter.

"She doesn't belong to you,"

"Neither to you,"

I looked at him, anger fumed in me and he smirked. He wanted to get this reaction out of me. I relaxed and said,

"I found her first, Therefore she is mine," He laughed.

"This isn't a game, Blake," I gave him a stern look.

"I never said it was, get away from her," I stepped forward and he lifted her up in his arms from the ground.

"Then what, She isn't here, She's far gone, and if I did give you her, how would you bring her back?"

"I'll find a way, Love finds a way,"

"Oh, with the love shit, There is no such thing as love, it's a fantasy, a mind trick,"

"For you; you only want her for some breeding stock of yours."

He laughed and disappeared into thin air. I ran outside the front of the house and saw him walking in the forest. I ran and wrapped my arms around his head, choking him. He dropped Rain's body which floated in mid air.

"Stop your making me laugh," He elbowed my side causing me to let go and choked me as he got on top of me.

"Why fight huh? You clearly would lose," He closed his hands tighter around my neck as I tried to remove them.

"I'd fight for her, chase her everyday for the rest of my life," I said between gasps of air. I knocked his arms outwards and threw him forwards. I breathed heavily as he looked at me.

He lifted his hand and brought Rain between us. We exchanged glances. I quickly crawled towards her and held her. She was out and cold.

"Where is she?"

"Up there,"

"What, how?"

"The fifth,"

"No," He nodded and lifted his hand; Her body floated towards him.

Rain's P.O.V:

I was walking down a bright white tunnel. I kept walking but stopped short as I saw someone at the end of it, standing in the middle of the bright end.

"Hello?!" They didn't respond instead they turned and started walking.

"Wait, no hey!" I ran towards them only to be thrown into the middle of a street.
