Ch.2 Karaoke and The Date

Katelyn's P.o.v.

I woke the next morning to screaming,that sounded like it came from Aphmau.I checked the time.8:05."Aphmau!What are you screaming about?!"I screamed down to her."Why is Travis here?!"She asked/screamed back.Dang it!"Uh,I let him Aphmau!But if you want to smash a vase over his head go ahead!"I yelled to her.I put the pillow over my ears,to muffle the sharp sound of the porcelain breaking,but instead I heard a muffled"KATELYN!"Come from Travis."Ugh!Why?"I asked myself.I rolled off my bed falling on the floor (as usual) and laid there for like,the longest time,complaining.

Finally,after about 5 minutes of just laying there,I got up,got dressed in my regular attire,

and went downstairs.I had seen that Aphmau had calmed down A LOT when I got down here,and Travis was relieved that he didn't get hit.I went to Aphmau and just shook my head and chuckled."What?"She asked."Y-You were so f-freaking scared!"I said laughing."Hey!"She whined."Hahahahahaha!"I kept laughing."Humph..."She scoffed.Finally,I stopped laughing and asked"Fiiiiiiiiiiiine,I'll stop,but what do you want to do?Since I'm awake,do you wanna watch TV or-""How 'bout Karaoke?"Travis suggested.I shrugged,but Aphmau got all giddy about it."Yes!!!!"She shouted.

Travis set up the Karaoke machine that we had in the basement (Yes,they have a Karaoke machine.Don't complain.) and asked"Who's going first?""Hmm....Katelyn,how 'bout you?"Aphmau asked me."Uh,no.I don't sing."I told her."Oh,Come on Katelyn.You think I don't hear you?Whenever you listen to songs on your laptop,I hear you sing to them.I've also walked in on you mouthing them."She said."Yeah,but-"I started."Come on Katelyn,just do it,and get it over with."She interrupted."Fine,but don't expect me to do anymore."I said.She nodded."So what are you gonna sing ba- I mean Katelyn?"Travis asked.I turned to him."Nice save."I said.I think I heard him say "Yes!"but I ignored it.I went up to the machine,and turned the song to 'No' maybe this will teach him to leave me alone.I already knew it wouldn't,but whatever,let's just get this over with.                                                                                  Sorry I couldn't think of anything else

"There,Happy!?"I asked."Yep!"Aphmau exclaimed."Good Irene (Resemblance anyone) Katelyn!You have the voice of an angel!"Travis exclaimed.In my mind I face palmed.I did the opposite of what I wanted!"Okay!My turn!"Aphmau yelled with excitement.She got up to the machine and started singing.I sat on the couch and listened.Though I had a feeling Travis was staring at me.
