The little kids who never grow up, yet they really want to. The adventures of the kid with the annoying voice with his crybaby family and friends. He always whines  when asked to pick up his toys, yet never gets in trouble. It's  not only a bad example  for kids, but adults  cannot stand the sound of  Caillou tantrums,
and the voice  actors  for adult characters  sound like narrators.
