The day once again goes smoothly, much to the trio's surprise. Danny stays awake in all of his classes, and the teachers even comment on the improvement.

When school ends, the trio leaves together for Danny's house.

From the corner of the building, the A-Listers take notice of the change in dynamic of the group.

"What's up with Fenturd and Posse?" Dash asks, grimacing. "He actually stayed awake in classes today."

"I don't know. Maybe he's finally sleeping." Kwan answers thoughtfully.

"Nah. What would that nerd do in his free time anyway? I'll bet he's always sleeping."

"Sorry Dash, but I don't agree." Star says from her spot near Kwan.

"Yeah. Have you seen his new build? No way he's always sleeping." Paulina says, taking a nail file out of her bag.

"What? He's not buff." Dash says, looking at Danny from across the school lawn.

"He's kinda built, man." Kwan says nervously.

"He could totally take you in a fight." Star says, propping her legs on Kwan's.

"No way. What do you think, Paulina?"

Without even looking at Dash, Paulina nods. "He could take you."

"Alright. That's it." Dash says, standing up quickly. "FENTON! COME OVER HERE! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"

He turns, but the trio has disappeared from sight.

"Wow, that was close, man." Tucker says when the trio lands in the Fenton's living room. "Dash almost saw us."

"It's a good thing you could hear them talking, Danny." Sam says, running a hand through her wind-blown hair. Funny thing: you can fly invisibly and the wind can still mess up your hair.

Danny silently transforms back into Fenton form, looking at his hands.

"Danny?" Sam asks, dropping her hands.

"I just carried you both without a problem." He says, looking up and clenching his fists.

"New power?" Tucker asks, pulling out his PDA to document.

"I don't know. Maybe being Ghost King means I have enhanced strength." Danny mutters. "I also heard the A-Listers from very far away. Farther than my advanced hearing usually travels."

"This is a good thing, Danny." Sam says, putting a hand on his face. "If you keep getting stronger, you can help more people."

"And hurt more." Danny responds, pulling away. "I need to control it."

"You will. We can go to Clockwork's tower this afternoon. Let me just call my parents to make sure I can go with you." Sam says.

"What she said." Tucker says, nodding to Sam. The other two turn to him.

Just then, the front door opens. Jazz walks in, carrying a plastic shopping bag. She smiles and closes the door. "Oh, hey guys!" Her smile falls as she takes in the somber atmosphere. "What's wrong?"

"It's nothing, Jazz." Danny responds before Sam or Tucker can. "We were just planning this weekend."

"Well, before you go....." Jazz says, digging around in her bag, "I knew that you would want to go to the GZ as soon as possible, so I stopped by the store today. The lady there was very helpful. Apparently Cat's Cradle is coming back in style. They just got some in a few weeks ago."
