PROLOGUE

Prologue:
The one thing nobody tells you

The one thing nobody really tells you before you grow up is how easy it is to let people walk into your life and stay there, like parasites sucking your blood drop by drop until you are finally drained.

And that is the one thing I wish knew before all this messed up situation.

Because little did I know I was on of those parasites. A nasty bug.

Wait! Maybe I should start from the beginning...

But which beginning? I think there are so many beginning to this story really that it is hard to decide which one.

I guess I could start with that one moment, that one time where I met them.

I didn't think much of it at the time, but it will do.

So here it goes.

Being the invisible kid in high school is hard, there is no doubt in that. Specially when you're like me, a good student who is not very keen on socializing.

So, mid Junior year I still didn't know anyone...

In the eyes of predators I was weak. And that is what Natasha South, the former queen bee saw in me. An easy prey.

Little did I know she was cooking the recipy for my disaster while I was her friend, planning to humiliate me in front of the whole school with motive unknown.

Strangely enough her boyfriend and his best friend warned and saved me from it.

And I wasn't an easy prey any longer when the best friend wanted me by his side.

And ever since then, I have been with Ashton.

I never really questioned it. It just sort of happened.

And the infamous Nat South lost her boyfriend, (Ashton's loyal best friend Ross) and she never came after me again.

Some still speculate she will one day, and it will be a bloodshed.

Ashton told me not to worry about it though and Ross...

Ross is an absolute cunt.

Still anyways, this is the story of me and that cunt. About the one I never thought to look at. The one that I simply couldn't see.

There is no running around in this.

This is the story of how I feel in love with my boyfriend's best friend.
