Chpt. 14

"I won't let you hurt them again." Ichigo warned him as he took a battle stance. He charged towards the demon, but found that he was fast. His attack was easily dodged, Ichigo's body being sent backwards with a powerful hit in the stomach. His head smacked the marble floor, blood pouring from the fresh wound. Wyatt went to finish off Ichigo, but Hitsugaya intervened, cutting off his arm. The same blue light that surrounded Wyatt as the curse lifted, encased you as well. You collapsed on the floor causing Orihime to rush to your side, she shook your shoulders attempting to wake you, but it didn't work.

"What'd you do?" Ichigo yelled, lifting himself from the ground. "Tell me, you bastard!"

"To hell if I know, that's the mothers doing." His arm grew back within seconds. Sharp daggers materialized from both of his hands and he gripped the handles. Ichigo growled preparing for the attack. He swings his weapon at Hitsugaya and it clashes with Hyorimaru. Before Wyatt could use the other dagger, Ichigo swiped his zanpakutō downwards, a yellow light rushed forward. Wyatt dodged Getsuga Tenshō, laughing. "Is this the best you can do?"

"If no one came after them in their weakened state, that means people believe they're dead. You don't have to do this." Orihime said, holding your head in her lap.

"I'm sure they'll remember everything by the time they're awake." Wyatt said. "They'll most likely seek revenge on the queen and I won't allow it."

"Maybe their grandmother will have a change of heart once she reconnects with them." She argued. "How could you be so heartless?"

"Her mind is made." He threw a dagger at Orihime but she blocked it just in time, the triangular shield shooting the weapon back to him.

"Then there's no use in talking." Ichigo stated. "Bankai." His zanpakutō transformed into a long sword with a black blade.

"Call it all you want, I'll still have you eating dirt in the end." Wyatt grinned.
