Chapter 5

Drew's POV

I can't believe this is actually happening to me.First I get kidnapped from school, then I get trapped in a room with a very rude and very cute girl. Then she won't let me into a mystery room and leaves me to sleep in the doorway of her room while she slept on a nice comfortable bed. Luckily, she promised that she would sleep in her mysterious room tonight while I slept in our room alone, so I believe that I won that round. She's been away for about ten minutes or so with Alfred to see "the master". I wonder what they're talking about...

Sapphire's POV

I can't-no, I don't want to believe this. How could he be behind all of this? With out thinking I launch myself at him and attempted to attack him, but I ended up bawling my eyes out

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"
I sobbed into his shoulder. I trust him with my life. I thought I'd never see him again.
"Shhhh, it's ok. I needed you to act the way you normally would so the plan would work. I wanted to tell you, I really did. I love you like you're my own daughter, I would never hurt you on purpose."

After that we talked for a while on how the arrangement was planned and everything that went on and how he planned on letting Kim in on the arrangement too. After we were done discussing, we said our goodbyes and I started going back to my room, then i realized that Alfred wasn't following me, he was in his own little world.

"Alfred, are you gonna come with me or am I going to wander around this palace on my own?" I say playfully.

"Coming miss Sapphire."

Miss Sapphire, it has a nice ring to it.
After about ten minutes of turning down corridors and a whole maze of hallways, we finally reached my room.

"Ya know what Alfred, I think you and I are gonna be the best of friends." I say while opening the door. I shot a smile at him before I closed the door. Just as I closed the door, I jumped at the sound of a voice.

"So what did 'the master' want?" Oh, it's just Drew.

"He wanted to see if I was comfortable with all of the arrangements and I told him there was a pest in my room that needed to be exterminated, so he's sending a guy to come get you." I wanted to tease him a little bit, and it worked. He got as pale as a ghost.
"Woah, wait. Uh- please don't do this I swear I'll act as though I don't-" He never finished his plea before I burst out laughing. I laughed so hard I had tears running down my face.

"You*gasp* should have *gasp* seen *gasp* your *gasp* FACE!" I couldn't help it, I burst out laughing again.

I calmed down eventually, and man was he pissed. He didn't stay mad for long since dinner came about half an hour later. After I was done eating, I brushed my teeth and my hair, then grabbed my key to my music room and headed out of my room.

"Have fun sleeping in your mysterious room" he says while having a Cheshire grin. He actually thinks he won, it's kind of cute.

"Oh I will, trust and believe. Goodnight Drew." I say in a sing songy voice.

I ran down the corridor and stopped when I saw my door. I punched in the code and unlocked the rest of the door with my key, I had to make sure I got in the room before Drew called Alfred to ask what was in my room and me being the smart one, I told Alfred to tell him that I had the world's most comfortable sofa and recliner in here, which I feel is pretty true.

Drew's POV (again)

After she walked out of the room, I played games on my phone,since there's nothing else to do in this room.After a while I started to process what had happened.I feel like she was too happy walking out of here. I won, didn't I? Just to be sure that I'm making her suffer, I buzz Alfred into the room.
