I have no knowledge
of what happens to a dream deffered; but I do know what it feels like
for a dream to fester.
Building up in my mind
with idea after idea.
Staying there, getting restless.
Toppling my every thought.
Darting in and out of my mind
when I'm doing "important things,"
begging to be sought
after distracting me
from my mental process but illuminating the paths needed
to reach my success.
So therefore,
because I am gifted,
no I have no idea
what happens to a dream deffered,
but I plan to find out
what happens to a dream
that is uplifted.
