Your pov

I woke up and yawned.I rubbed my eyes then got of bed.I headed towards my bathroom to take a shower.I had stayed out pretty late with Dante.Laurance had left us after 10 minutes, saying he had patrol to do.As soon as I got home last night,I changed into a f/c shirt and dark brown shorts.I sighed as I entered the shower, and began to wash up.After 15 minutes I got out and dried off.I was half way through drying my hair, when I heard knocks on my door.I quickly wrapped the towel around me and walked upstairs to open the door.

"Oh good you're here",Cadenza said as she entered the door I just opened.
"Cadenza, what brings you here? Is everything all right?",I asked.
"Everything is not all right.I came here to give you some new clothes",she sighed.
"I beg your pardon?",I looked at her confused.
"Your clothes darling, they're in utter disaster",she looked at me in the eyes.
She wasn't wrong. The f/c on my clothes had turned dull. There were rips and tears, not to mention the splashes of blood. At one point,I didn't even know if the blood was mine or the enemies. My clothes were in bad shape before, but they got even worse when the O'Khasis guards started to chase me."What did you have in mind,Cadenza?",I asked.
"I'm glad you asked",Cadenza said as she dangled a bag in front of me."Go try these on",she said as she handed me the bag.

I walked to the bathroom, finished drying my hair off, then put the clothes on.It was a f/c shirt, black shorts with f/c detailing,a black hoodie, beige high socks, and light brown combat boots. In addition, there were bandages that I wrapped around both my wrists and a f/c ribbon that I used to tie my hair into a high ponytail.I walked out of the bathroom, and Cadenza quickly hugged me."You look adorable!",she squealed.

"Thanks,Cadenza",I said as we released from the hug."Laurance and Dante told me about how you battle and stuff,so I added bandages and tried to make the outfit as comfortable as possible",she beamed."Well,it certainly is",I chuckled."So,what do you want to do in the village?",she asked."What do you mean?",I asked, confused."Well, everyone does something in the village. There's the guards, like Laurance and Dante, farmers like Brendan, merchants like Logan, and those who nurse people back to health, like Zoey and Dona",she smiled.

I haven't really thought of that.Contributing to my new home was the last thing on my mind, considering the O'Khasis guards chasing me.

"Maybe I'll be a guard,or do something involving combat",I finally answered.
"Why don't we talk to Garroth about that, since he's the head guard and all,I'll even go with you",she smiled.
"Alright,let's go",I smiled.

We began our walk to the guard station.Every once in a while a villager would say hi or ask about our day.It didn't take long for us to arrive though. We climbed up the ladder,Cadenza above me.

"Hey Cadenza!",I heard Laurance yell.
"I come with a friend",Cadenza said,as soon as I reached the top and stood next to her.
"Hi Y/n,I hope you tour of the village was alright",Garroth smiled.
"It was lovely,Laurance and Dante were awfully nice to show me around.I forgot to say it yesterday, but thank you",I smiled.
"I-it was nothing",Dante said,a pink tint appearing on his cheeks.
"Glad we could help",Laurance smiled."Hey wait a second,is that a new outfit?",he asked.
"Yeah,Cadenza made me it",I responded."You look fa-bu-lous",Laurance sang.
"Thanks",I giggled.
"So,what can we do for you?",Garroth asked.
"Y/n wanted to talk to you about something",Cadenza said as she put her hand on my shoulder.
"What do ya need?",Laurance intruded.
"Don't one of you need to be on patrol or something?",Cadenza glared at Laurance.
"We actually have the day off,Brian is covering for us",Dante replied.
"Well,if there's something you need to specifically talk to me about, then we can talk about it over on the training area",Garroth smiled.
