Jin

Saving lives is my job. Ever since my father became a doctor I always wanted to follow in his footsteps. I would say that I enjoy my job, but honestly I'm getting sick of it.

The only reason for this, though, is because of my coworker. Sure, you just joined the place and you look handsome, but being the handsome doctor is my job!

I've always been the visual of the hospital I work at and usually take lots of pictures with the children to post on our website because it makes us seem "friendly" and "welcoming"? I don't know it's my boss's words, not mine.

I would usually spend my days at work calming down the mothers and grandparents who's children were in great danger or near to death. I usually cheered them up pretty quick though. I know a doctor should usually be actually taking care of patients, but I was assigned specifically to this job after a few mothers suggested it to the boss. Who cares I get payed and get attention.

My days also consisted of bonding with the other workers and going out to lunch with the boss. I have to get on his good side somehow, I mean I already am but I get tons of raises.

Why am I still titled Dr. Jin? I don't even know. I'm not even really a doctor. All I do know is I got the looks, and that egotistical dirtbag is taking them from me. I have never felt like someone was more handsome than me until this guy showed up.

If I could just find some way to get him fired or have him quit the job it would make my life better. He's taking my job away from me! He's all the ladies' favorite and is even becoming buddies with the boss. BUDDIES!

This attractive and social butterfly needs to be put to an end before I lose my job and the huge amount of pay I get.

"Dr. Jin?" I heard a female's voice behind me and felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Yes?" I said in a calm voice turning around with a smile. Ah it's the front desk lady. She is always hitting on me... But who wouldn't hit on me?

"You got an envelope this morning, but you don't seem busy right now so I felt like I should give it to you now," her face was a shade of pink and she stuttered with her words. She seemed tense so I gave her an even warmer smile and gently took the envelope from her small hands.

"Thank you~" I said in a singsong voice turning around to go and check on the old lady in room 5B.

"Oh and one more thing..." I looked back at her turning around. Here we go again...

"If you aren't busy maybe we can have lunch together sometime?" She was fiddling with her fingers and I nodded in response.

  "Of course!"

  Probably not...

I turned the corner of the hall for some privacy and delicately held the envelope in my hands. BTS never heard of that girl before...

I opened the black envelope and looked at the words written on the white paper inside.

  This isn't a love letter...
