i thought that i was going to hate moving to this shit hole town but here it was my first day of school and I've found my mate. There was one really big problem. She was f*cking some chick. When i first realized it i wanted to growl and smack her for being so stupid before ripping the other bitch apart but i couldn't do that. She was my mate and i could never hurt her. Her little friend on the other hand, that was going to be a hard one. 

Climbing into my jeep i started the engine and whipped out of the parking lot. I really wanted to ask my dad for advice but something told me that wasn't such a good idea. He was friends with the alpha in town and the last thing i wanted was for it to get around that my mate was f*cking not just another woman but another were. It wasn't common in the were community to have same sex relationships only because it was our goal in life to reproduce and well that was a little hard in a same sex relationship. 

Pulling in to the driveway of our new house i saw my brother working on his old 79 Camaro that he loved so much and decided ask him about my situation. Maybe he had some advice for me and the best thing was i knew that he would keep this to himself. that's what i loved about Kevin. We could tell each other anything and know that it would go no further. Like the time that Kevin got a human pregnant. That had been a shit show. Even though him and the girl weren't together they still secretly raised Parker together without our parents knowing. Kevin knew that when or if he found his mate he would have to spill the beans to her but our parents will never know. If they were to find out they would also end up finding out that Jessica knew the truth about us and man humans knowing about werewolves was a big no no.  

Jess was cool though. She loved Parker and she was good friends with Kevin. She would never risk exposing them. And of course i helped out when my brother couldn't and therefor i was under the same protection. So if Kevin could make that work maybe he had come advice for me. Or at least a helpful solution. 

Kevin looked up at my approach and grimaced. Somethings happened already? jeez Pat its only your first day. 

I scowled at him. Gee thanks for the vote of confidence. I need your advice, or help or whatever.

i looked down at the ground for a moment trying to come up with the right words to say. When nothing fancy came to mind i just told the truth. I found my mate. 

Well shit bro that's awesome. Why so glum though?, she ugly? 

Snarling i shoved him away. Watch it, i hissed. Shes gorgeous. that's not the problem. 

Shes got a boyfriend?, Kevin said nodding his head though he asked it like a question.  

Not exactly, i mumbled. 

oh..... Kevin said in sudden comprehension. Shes gay. 

What am i gonna do, Kev? I don't even think she knows were mates. And f*ck i could smell that bitch all over her. There's no mistaking the fact that they were going at it somewhere in school. She didn't smell nearly as strong this morning when i first met her as she did after lunch. 

Well. This is a new one even for me. Finding out your mates gay. Well look on the bright side at least shes not a guy. 

Growling i punched Kevin in the arm. Not helping. 

You try talking to her? 

Ya but i opened my big mouth and let her know i knew about her little secret and now she's avoiding me. Groaning i leaned against the car and looked up at the trees surrounding the yard. Man this is so f*cked up what the hell am i going to do?
