Cant sleep

Daichi's POV (point of view)

It was bedtime for Daichi. He hoped to get some rest for school tomorrow. As he tried to sleep, he ended up thinking about what Suga said earlier that day.

'Ya, i like someone. But im not telling you!'

Daichi started thinking of which person Suga could posibly like.

'Which girls could he like? I dont see him talking to them very often. Only to the girls that walk up to him. I've never seen him walk up to one and make conversation with her. Mabye its a guy.'

He started thinking that it could be someone on their volleyball team.

'Could it be Kageyama? No, he looks better with Hinata suprisingly.'

Daichi tried to get his mind off of things by checking Instagram and Tumblr. It helped for a bit, but his mind ended up drifting back to Suga's problem. Soon it was 12:48.

He was tired and all he wanted was to sleep. He got up and walked downstairs hoping a warm glass of milk would help him fall asleep. He got his glass of milk and sat a the table in silence. It wasnt a bad silence, it was a nice silence.

"Sawamura? You're still awake?"

The silence was broken by Daichi's mom

"Yeah mom. I couldn't sleep so I grabbed a glass of milk. "

"Oh ok. Make sure to get some rest. You have school and club activities tomorow."

"Ok mom. Goodnight."

He finished his milk and walked back upstairs to his room. He got in bed and tried to get as comfortable as he could. Eventually he fell asleep. He was out like a light.

Daichi's alarm went off at 6:30. He proped himsefl up on one elbow and grabbed his phone from the bedside table. He layed back down and help his phone above his face. He checked instagram and his messages before getting up to get ready for school.

He got dressed, brushed his teeth and ate breakfast before saying goodbye to his mom and walking to school.

Once he got to school he instantly regreted thinking about Suga so late at night

'Why couldn't I fall asleep earlier last night. I was up thinking about Suga. Im tired and I want to go home.'

"Good morning Daichi."

He turned around. Sleepiness was vissible on his face.

"Oh, good morning Suga.", he said in a tired voice.

"Did you get enough rest last night? You look awful.", concern was noticable in Suga's voice.

"No, i fell asleep at around 1 in the morning."

"You should get more rest next time. "

Daichi blushed at Suga's concern.

"Ya, I should. "

"Lets go to class before we're late." Said Suga motioning towards their class room.

I really like how this story is coming out.

Btw I have 2 headcanons I thought of a few days earlier and i thoughti woukd share them with you.

1. Otp person A has a dream where they got hrought a mirror and sees otp person B. Person A wakes up and thinks about that dream all day until he comes home and sits in from of their mirror. Suddenly their dream comes true and they fall into their mirror. Im thinking of calling this one 'Through the Mirror'

2. Person A moves into a new town (btw otp starts out as young kids in the beginning) and they notice that under their bedroom window theres a roof from the outdoor storage area of their home. Their neighbor also has the same thing so both roofs are almost touching. One day person A is in their room and they look out their window to see person B on the roof, so person A goes out to meet them. Thats where their friendship starts.

Im hoping to use these headcanons in future fanfics.
