Jimmy's POV

I sat on the couch listening to them talking about syd. My heart felt like it wanted to explode in my chest every time they mentioned her name.

I know it has been four years, but I looked for her every day when I came home. Hoping.... Well praying that one of these days, I'll open the door finding her standing there. Or maybe she would jump out and scare the living shit out of me.

But I knew that was just a foolish dream, that will never come true.

The only person who has kept me alive these past years, has been fallyn. She was the reason I kept moving on day to day.

Her smiling face, when I would walk into the door. Her tiny voice screaming uncky Jimmy.

I watched as fallyn bounced around the room. Just enjoying time to herself. She was just like rory when she was little, didn't fit in at school, but was crazy around family.

I didn't even notice I was crying, till fallyn climbed up onto my lap and tried to wipe my tears away.

Her tiny eyes held worry and concern. I sighed and placed her on the ground. She shouldn't have to see that.

Without a word I headed for the door, feeling fallyn's eyes on me the whole time. It broke my heart leaving her like this, but I didn't want her to see me upset.

Quickly shoving my hands in my Jean pockets I walked down the driveway. I knew the guys would be out looking for me any minute. So I took long strides to put some distance between us.

I didn't know where I wanted to go, I just knew I wanted to get out of the house.

I just let my feet carry me where ever. I wasn't concerned about where I ended up.

My mind drifted in and out of thought as I continued to walk. That's when I noticed, that my feet were no longer on concrete, but on the pale golden sand.

Sighing I wandered over to the nearest bench and plopped myself down. My eyes stared out at the ocean, just thinking about all the good times I had with syd.

She was the first girl that could handle my energy. Not to mention, she enjoyed being around my crazy ass.

I sat there for god knows how long by myself just trying to clear my mind.

"mind if I sit here?" I turned hearing a small voice.

As I looked my eyes meet a pair of soft brown ones. The owner of which was a tiny girl.

"yeah sure" I grinned. Jimmy stop bring creepy! I mentally scolded myself.

"thanks" she gave me a couple of looks, making me think she knew who I was. But surprisingly she didn't say anything.

"my names Marie" she giggled reaching her hand out.

"I'm Jimmy" my smile widened and I bypassed her hand I hugged her to me. I always give hugs, they make people feel better.

"Jimmy..... Your squishing my lungs" she muttered.

"sorry!.... I'm sorry" I quickly let go over her. She inhaled quickly trying to catch her breath. " I get a bit overly excited sometimes"
