Hey, Matt here. So, this is a story based off theories and speculations about Majora and the Fierce Deity, along with my own little twist~
I do hope you enjoy, since it's a new style I'm trying out.

I plan to update after maybe... 5 votes or so?

"You know...

There was a time where Gods lived much closer to man. A time when the land was new, young and thriving. I doubt many still believe the legends of the olden days, but listen to these words. The tales of gods and goddesses have truth woven within them, after all.

There was once a time when the Three Holy Lands, Hyrule, Lorule and Termina, were connected as a whole. Each had their own varriations of the Triforce to protect the lands from harm. Wisdom, Power and Courage was granted to the most holy of lands, Hyrule. Cowardice, Ignorance and Weakness to the inverted lands of Lorule.

Yet, one could only wonder. What about Termina?

Time, Memories and Sorrow would be granted to the land long forgotten. As the years had passed, the land I called my home would be thrown into the chaos of war. The Terminians had forgotten the teachings of the Golden Goddesses, soon building idols for the Four Guardians. No longer were the Goddesses feared and revered, but rather mocked and scorned. The mighty temples built up by my people showed

This would be the time where Termina would be cut away from the Holy Land, becoming nothing more than a memory...

A story long forgotten....."

Life.

A rush of cool air filled his lungs, causing his pupiless eyes to widen in complete shock. He had never felt such an unusual sensation, and it quickly overwhelmed the small Deity. It set of a sense of panic inside his small body, then again, he was suddenly brought to life . His skin was originally made of the palest of clay, his hair made from the whitest beams of the moon, and his eyes? Stars plucked from the very heavens themselves. Once things that were inanimate now brought fourth to create his minuscule body... It was too much for him to handle all at once; the sights, smells, touch, sounds and all. In a rather futile attempts to save himself, the small being let loose a loud cry that shook the heavens. Warm, large tears began to flood his eyes; soon to rolling down his cheek.

"Look at him, Din, Farore... He's gorgeous." A woman with a hair as blue as the seas whispered to two other beings, gently nudging them in the arms and bringing their attention forward. She whispered words in a strange dialect, occasionally moving her gaze towards him. His tears soon began to slow, realizing that they wouldn't harm him; or so he thought. He watched as a flame haired woman reached out, carefully pulling him into her protective arms. "His cries were similar to the roars of thunder... It was mighty, even for a child of his size, Nayru."

"Ah, it was strong, makes me wonder what his name or even powers would be." The emerald woman murmured to the others, only to get nods of agreement. Their curious gaze landed on the young boy once again, almost as if they had expected him to... Well, do something. Yet what, exactly? Even in the beginning, the Goddesses were capable of awesome acts, yet the young boy? He just let loose roars and cries filled with fear and uncertainty.

"Well.... He's very pale, I have to admit. Maybe some colors would do him well? He looks like a tough boy, so why not a few stripes?" The crimson goddess smirked, painting his cheek with horizontal stripes. Six in total; four marks for his cheeks and two just above his brow. The sea-blue woman neared him, placing a pattern above his forehead. "There! He's perfect."

"Now, young Deity," the red lady had called out, managing to get his attention,"I am Din, a Goddess of Power. The woman draped in blue is Nayru, Goddess of Wisdom. Lastly, we have Farore, Goddess of Courage. Together, we are the Three Golden Goddesses, and you... You are our little sibling, ah.." She trailed off, unsure what the boy would be called, or even if he understood the words she had said.

"Powerful Deity? Strong Deity? Small Deity?" Farore giggled at the last name she had offered, then again, he was nothing more than a minuscule being at the time. A child, basically.

"I know what to call the young lad," Nayru hummed softly; cupping his pale cheek, "Fierce Deity. God and Protector of Memories and the Moon... It suits him, do you not think so?" A murmur of agreement passed through the sisters; deciding that would be the name bestowed upon their younger "brother".
"Why is he the Guardian of Memories?" Din had called out, pointing her attention to Nayru.

"We plan to create life, correct? We need something to protect their memories, remind them of the olden days. Fierce Deity would be the one to watch over them... Fear not, sisters, this would be a wise choice."

...

"Was it really a wise choice..? They act as if all will work out in the end. If only that was true, hm...?"
