We entered the airport at 10:30. I looked around the glass walls and ceiling in awe, I had never seen anything like this place before, Nadia had never let us do anything at the orphanage. As we waited the last few minutes for the plane I pulled out my phone and pretended to be engrossed in what I was doing. I then not-so-patiently started to tap my foot on the linoleum flooring of the airport. Lizzie looked over at me and shushed me with a look. I stopped tapping my foot and put my phone away safety into my backpack. A small movement caught my eye from the corner of the front desk, I was having a serious case of deja vu as I glanced at the trench coat clad figure. I then was filled with relief as an announcement rang over the speakers saying
May all passengers that are to board flight 202 to London, England please report to area 346 where they will board their flight shortly.
Lizzie, Joel, and I got up from our seats and walked to area 346 where we were met with a large white plane. We boarded the plane and sat down in our seats which were a light grey. I immediately took out my laptop, my phone, and my headphones and started playing Minecraft as I listened to music.
May all passengers please fasten their seat belts for takeoff. Thank you.
I fastened my seat belt and settled in for a long ride.
