Max's P.O.V
I stopped by Adams house to discuss something with him.
"You should really tell Ross Max, I mean how would you know the answer to that question" Adam said
"I just do, why would a guy like Ross like someone like me?" I said
I meant it, why would he like someone like me when even I wouldn't like someone like me.
"Dude I see the way you guys look at each other, you guys just fit perfectly together" Adam said
I felt anger in me for some reason, he's giving me hope when I don't even want it. I'm emotionally damaged.
Ross's P.O.V
I ended up telling Tim about how I felt, he didn't seem surprised, but I guess it was obvious.
"Hay Tim, do you think it was obvious to everyone else at the office?" I said
"To me it is, but I don't know about everyone else, but Max and Adam seem very close so he would probably know."
I clutched my hands to make a fist, I got mad for some reason. Tim knew I got mad.
"Dude, I didn't mean it like that, they're close like brothers, plus he's with alesa and he has a child with her" Tim said to me
"Yea I know but, why would someone like Max fall for a guy like me, it's not possible, he's kind, sweet, funny, intelligent, and amazing, actually I could go on and on and say all the amazing things about him, but that would take ages to say, I just, i don't know, I just want him to get it over with and just reject me already so I can stop falling for him more and more everyday." I told him while shedding a tear.
"Look Ross, I may not know how he feels, but what I can say is that he cares a lot about you, I know that cause he's always asking about you and getting worried about you, in fact, he's always talking about you." Tim said while having a small smile to cheer me up
"Are you just saying this to make me feel better, cause if you are can you stop, you're giving me hope and that's something I don't want." I said with my head down so he won't see my tears.
"Why would I want to flatter you with false information, I honestly care about you, you're like a brother to me, and all I want for you is happiness." Tim said while sounding all cheery.
I have a faint smile on my face, I wanted to believe him so badly but I couldn't, as I said before, why would he fall for someone like me?
Max's P.O.V
Remembering my past, I started to cry. Adam is like one of my bests friends, I trust Adam a lot , not as much as Ross, but he knew about my past, I told Adam everything.
"I know your past wasn't the bests, but I'm pretty sure if Ross knew about your past he would understand you even more then he already does now." Adam said
"Even if he did know about my past I'm pretty sure he wouldn't care, he has better things to worry about, I'm just a mess trying to live the rest of my days." I said, while trying not to sound like the most depressed person ever.
