Glitch

-Character= Rod-
As I walked down the stairs with my pistol in hand I began to get the chills. I was hoping all this danger and pain was definitely worth it. Once I walked down the stairs and entered a room the exit was blocked behind me and then holes opened on the walls. 2 reapers walked out of 2 of the holes, then I saw a weapon rack to my right. I turned on "Overlock" and ran to the weapons, I picked up a shotgun and throwing knives. I ran around the reapers as they tried to smack me or pick me up. I threw throwing knives and they didn't do anything to the reapers. I stopped running and turned off "Overlock". One of the reapers screamed and ran towards me, I took out my shield and charged at the reaper. The reaper jumped at me and I rushed into it with my shield making it fly on its back. I put away my shield and shot the reaper's head with my shotgun killing him. The other reaper tackled me and clawed at my face. In anger I grabbed my shotgun and hit the reaper with the butt of my gun and then kicked him off. The reaper tried to claw my face but I ducked and hit him in the face with the butt of my gun making him fall. I repeatedly smashed his skull in until I grew tired and calmed down. I was still trembling a bit in anger. I put the shotgun on my back since it had a strap and walked to a button I saw on the wall. Once I pressed it the floor under me was removed and I fell into a dark pit. Then I felt a beep from my band and all I saw was schematic. I kept tapping it but it wasn't working. I looked at the wall behind me and saw a tiny string of White and blue light flashing a little. Then a bunch of torches were lit up against the walls and I saw I was in a huge room. In the middle there was something being elevated up and it was a giant creature. It was a grey ogre like creature that had rockets attached to its back, spikes running over his head, and some kind of blade launcher attached to both of his arms. It was chained up and once it got up to my level and looked at me, it took a while and broke the chains off it's arms. Once I walked towards the ogre I heard a beep from my band and saw everything went back to normal. The ogre launched a blade at me and I jumped back to where the white and blue line was and my band showed schematic. As I was distracted by the minor glitch in the system that can get us out of this simulation the ogre had marked me with his rockets. I ran as fast as I could since "Overlock" wasn't working from the schematic. Cmon cmon reboot dammit!- I said as I tapped the band and watched the 3 missiles follow my paths. I saw the rest fall down into the same room from different sides. I turned on "Overlock" and started to run towards the missiles...

-Character= Hunter-
I wasn't in the mood for trouble as I got the feeling we were gonna be in danger when we reached the bottom of these stairs. I would like to say my wound felt better but it still hurt pretty bad. Once we got down the stairs some holes opened on the walls and the exit was blocked. Then 4 of the night creatures walked out of the holes. Ah shit- I said and pulled an arrow back on my bow. I shot at one of their heads and he fell back while the rest charged at Liah and I. Liah was tackled by one and I stabbed his head over and over until it died. I nodded to Liah and I dashed at the closet creature. Liah and I were pushed to the middle of the room and were back to back as the 2 remaining creatures walked around us. Get down!- I yelled as the creatures began to charge at us. Once Liah ducked down I threw an arrow at the creature's neck making him jump back. I then dashed to the creature that was on my side and slid next to it making it miss it's attack. I stood up and stabbed it's head with an arrow over and over again. As I saw Liah punch the creature as he was stunned by the arrow in his neck. She pulled up both of her desert eagles and put them on his head and one bullet from each gun killed it. I walked up to her and hugged her from the back, since I saw she was terrified and still aimed her guns at the dead creature. I thought we were gonna die, you almost did last time- Liah said as a tear ran down her face. I slowly kissed her cheek, and lowered her guns as she began to blush. She turned to me and I rubbed the tear off her face, "don't worry, we'll survive no matter what" I said and smiled at her red face. She leaned in and we had a short passionate kiss. Now let's see what this temple has for us- I said and walked to a button on the wall and she walked to another. We both pressed the button and we fell into separate holes. I instantly began to worry about Liah...
