The Day She Left Me!

What if it was her? I've only just met her but it feels like I've known her forever.  It couldn't be her,  there are probably millions of Emily's in the world,  right?  There was only one way to make sure it wasn't her... Talk to her about recent events in her life and if anything like burning house or fire comes up then I guess my best friend wants me to kill my girlfriend.  I hope its not her,  I think I love her!
Emily was sitting where we were before waiting for me,  I was nervous! I slowly approached her with a warm smile,  as soon as she saw me she ran up and grabbed me.  I've missed her hugs, there so amazing and perfect just like her. We hugged for about 10 minutes before she whispered
"can we sit down know my legs hurt, "
I laughed. She slowly ran her hands down my arm until she got to my hands,  she stopped.  Before I knew it her hand was locked into my hand,  can this day get any better.  I didn't want to question her straight away so I just cuddled with her.  Every minute she would look up at me and blush like crazy,  I am so lucky to have a girl like her.  I could feel the sweat dripping down my neck as time was running out,  I need to find out the truth!
"ummm,  so Emily tell me some things about today and stuff about you in general because I wanna know if my girl can get anymore perfect, " I spoke getting more confident as the words spilled out of my mouth, she blushed for a couple of minutes before replying
"I'm your girl? I never thought this would happen,  I love you! "
Did she just say she loves me.... I feel the same but I don't want my feelings to get in the way of me finding out the truth,  I want to protect her! I couldn't help but stare into her hazel eyes in the light,  she saw me staring and kissed me,  her lips where softer then a pillow,  I wanted that kiss to last forever!  I asked her another question to see if I can get anymore information:
" I love you to but I really want to get to know you babes"
She replied quickly without giving much thought about what she said
"well early today my house was on fire and I had to escape quickly but sadly my sisters didn't make it, "
