"Chelsea Donna McLoughlin why did you lie about where you were going and who were the two boys?" He asked sternly. I went silent.

Chelsea POV

"They're my friends dad." I said breaking the silence. He looked over at Annabeth.

"It's true Mr. McLoughlin and she didn't want to tell you because she didn't want you to get mad for hanging out with two boys." She clarified. Thank god she said didn't mention boyfriends.

"Chelsea is this true?" he asked sounding more calm now.

"Yes dad." I said looking down at my feet.

"I wouldn't of been mad it's not like you guys are dating." he said smiling at me. I looked up and smiled back.

"Exactly cause we're just friends." I said trying to play it cool.

"Well just tell me the truth next time ok." he said before going back on his laptop.

"Ok dad." I said turning to Annabeth and pulling her upstairs.

"I can't believe we got away with that." I said entering my room and closing the door behind us.

"I know right." She replied taking out her phone.

Timeskip*** 2 years later

It was graduation and everyone was giving their speeches and it was me ans and Caspars turn next. Caspar walked up to the podium.
"Um hi I'm Caspar and in the beginning of high school sucked but then I met Annabeth, Joe, and especially Chelsea. They have been here for me through everything and I hope that we are friends forever. Except for Chelsea. I want to be more to her. Be got on one knee and pulled out a small box.

"Chelsea Donna McLoughen will you marry me?" I had no words except for...

"Yes."

He stood up and hugged me. When he let go I walked up to the podium.

"Uh hi I'm Chelsea and I love my friends. Joe my best friend. Caspar my fiance. Annabeth the one I think of as sister. I love all of them. I also have one last important announcement. I'm pregnant.
