This was kind of rushed, but enjoy anyway.

I sigh and sit down on the curb. Vic's not supposed to be here for another ten minutes but I frankly don't want to wait in the house. Mom is drinking again it's exhausting keeping up with her. I tried to get her to put the alcohol away but she just told me how much of a terrible son I was so I just gave up and left the house. Vic's picking me up so we can go on that date but I really don't feel like going anymore. I'd rather just lie in bed and mope. But Vic's my boyfriend and I don't want to upset him by ditching him.
A few minutes go by and he pulls up in front of me. I stand up and he gets out of the car.
"You alright?" He asks automatically sensing that something's wrong.
"Yeah everything's fine." I smile and he wraps his arms around my waist before kissing my nose.
"I don't believe you. Get in the car and we'll talk about this." He says and I sigh nodding as he lets go of my waist.
He takes my hand and leads me around the car to the passenger side. He opens the door for me and giving me a goofy smile that I just chuckle at. I get into the car and he closes the door behind me before he walks back around the car then he gets into the driver seat.
"So what's wrong?" He asks and I sigh.
"Nothing, it's just Mom again." I sigh and he instantly looks concerned.
"She didn't hurt you did she?" Vic asks immediately.
"Not physically." I mutter.
He grabs my hand and looks at empathetically.
"What did she say that upset you so much?" Vic asks squeezes my hand gently.
"She basically just told me how much I ruined her life." I murmur.
"She probably didn't mean it. The alcohol's probably muddled up her brain." He says with a sad smile and I nod returning the smile, although I can't help but to think that drunken words are sober thoughts.
"Thank you. I really needed to hear that." I say gratefully.
"It's no problem. Now about this date; you have two options. Do you want to go out for dinner or I have something else planned if you don't want to do that?" He asks and I think about it for a minute. I'm not all that hungry and I am curious to what Vic's planned.
"The latter." I decide and he nods with a smile.
"I was hoping you'd pick that one." He grins before driving off.
"So are you going to tell me where we're going?" I ask dying of curiosity.
"Nope." He grins cheekily and I huff.
"This better be worth it." I mutter and he winks at me before turning back to the road.
It takes a little while to get there but when I do I'm left completely confused.
"What are we doing here?" I ask looking around the dock. The ocean glistens in the moon light and boats creak as they sway with the waves.
"You'll see." Vic smirks getting out of the car and I do the same.
He walks around to me and takes my hand in his again before leading me along the harbor. I rest my head against his shoulder as we walk just taking in the relaxing surroundings. We stop at the end of the dock where there's a yacht with gangway.
"Wait, we're not going up there, are we?" I ask getting slightly excited.
Vic hums and I nearly die of joy as he pulls me up the gangway and onto the yacht.
"I've never been on a yacht before." I admit excitedly and Vic grins kissing the top of my head.
He pulls me across the deck to where there's a bunch of blankets and pillows sprawled out. It's lighted with electric lanterns and it looks hella cozy. Vic and I sit down in the middle of it all and I sigh resting my head against his shoulder.
"You didn't have to go to all this trouble, you know? I'm not that hard to impress." I smile.
"Obviously, you're dating me." He chuckles and I nudge his ribs playfully.
"You're wonderful." I mumble.
He gives me a small smile before kissing my cheek.
"I'll be back in a sec." He murmurs before standing up and walking away.
He comes back holding two wine glasses filled with what looks like wine. He sits back down and hands me one. I look at it hesitantly not really feeling comfortable around alcohol.
"Don't worry, its Ribena." Vic says and I smile.
"A little fancy for Ribena." I chuckle referring to the glass.
"Everything has to be fancy for you darling." Vic grins and I blush.
I drink my Ribena then sit the glass down in between two cushions so it doesn't roll away as the yacht sways with the waves. Vic does the same before lying down and pulling me down with him. I rest my head on his shoulder and sigh contently as I look up at the stars. Vic links his fingers with mine and I turn my head towards his. He instantly captures my lips and I kiss back instantly, letting my eyes drop shut. His lips move with mine sensually and I slip my tongue into his mouth. I explore every crevice of his mouth until we both run out of air and pull away. My eyes open in time to watch his flutter open. He looks at me blankly before pecking my lips one last time then he looks back up at the sky. I do then same, gently playing with his fingers.
"You're like electricity." Vic mumbles after a while of silence.
I'm about to ask him what he's talking about but he continues so I listen.
"Every time I kiss you or touch you, it's like I'm being zapped. Like static electricity. But it's addictive. Then sometimes it's like there's a gravitational pull. I lean in and can't help but to close the gap. Then it's so hard to pull away once our lips are connected. It's magical." Vic sighs through a grin. "Do you know what I mean?"
I think about it for a second but come to a conclusion that I don't feel any of that.
"It's more like a tingly sensation for me." I explain and Vic hums urging me to go on. "Like whenever you touch me, I just get this tingly feeling. It doesn't tickle or hurt, it's kind of like a dull burn but it's addictive. My skin like heats up, it's amazing. And every kiss is in slow-motion. Time slows down as we lean in and I feel my heart beating a million miles per hour. Then when our lips touch, it feels like my heart has stopped completely. It's like everything has stopped. Then everything speeds up again but it feels like we're the only people in the world. It's just us and everything around us has dissolved away."
I sigh as I snap myself out of my dreamy state blushing slightly from just admitting all of that. When I don't hear Vic say anything, I turn my head towards him again. He still looking up at the stars but tears are now running down his face.
"You okay?" I ask gently, as I squeeze his hand and he nods wiping away the tears with his free hand.
"Yeah." He smiles. "I'm just so lucky to have you."
I smile and kiss his cheek.
"It's the other way around." I whisper.
He turns his head so he's looking at me and I stare into his eyes. Although I know that they're up in the sky, I swear that I can see the stars in his eyes. And it was in that moment that I knew I was falling hard and fast for Victor Vincent Fuentes.
