First meet

Dear Diary,

There was a new guy aparently hanging around the school. some new grade 8 boy. My friends say he's gorgeous. i havent met him yet. but for one thing if he is as popular and as hot as they say... he'd probably be a jerk. well... the curiousity finally took hold of me and i went up to my best friend Kayla and asked her if she could point him out. she pointed to a mob of boys. but more directly at a tall, pale, emo dude with black hair. he was wearing skinny jeans, converse, our school shirt and a skin hat. He was hanging around with Aidan. i sort of knew Aidan but not very well.

'i wonder whathis name is?' said Kayla.

'I heard it was Amy...' Said Mia.

'that's a girls name?' i said. ' that can't be it'

'well why dont you go ask him what his name is? Kayla said. Pushing me playfully closer to him

'yeah we dare you' Mia smiled and poked her tongue out.

'okay you pussy's. i'll be the scouting party' i started walking over to him. most of the girls stopped to look at me. the whole area went quiet as i stood beside him.

'hey new guy- he turned to look at me. Blake and Aidan turned aswell.- my friend Kayla over there has been gawking at you since you came here with Mia and they wanna know what your name is... so... what's your name?'

'why are you bothering with him Maya. you have no chance with him' said Blake. right before the boy opened his mouth to say anything.

'dude. im the scouting party. those pussy's all huddled in groups are the one's that wanna date him. havent you realised that i'm the only girl that hasn't ran away squealing cause your precious new boy looked at them and smiled. and blake.... do you wanna get dropped on your ass again or are you gunna shut up?' Aidan and the group huddled around the new guy started smirking. 

'My name's Alec.' The new boy said. pleased with myself that i was successful with my scouting mission i started walking back over to the little group of squealing girls i left before. 

'his name's Alec.' the girls squelled and i walked away to Ryan and Tash. they were holding hands. it was cute. they had been dating for about three weeks. and they had been inseperable. i sat down and Ryan chucked me an apple to knaw on. 

The bell rang and i made my way to my  last class. English with Ms Blade. None of my teachers liked me so it was gunna be a rough 5th period. And i walked past Anastashia and Rihanna while they tried to buck up the courage to ask Alec for a hug. Pathetic. Rihanna and Anastashia were in my english class and they were my friends but they could be real dickheads sometimes. 

i turned my music up and listened to BrokeNCYDE all through english and didn't right anything down. the teacher asked me to answer some questions but i was too occupied trying to ignore the balls of paper being thrown at my head. I'm one of those targets. the one's that are always called satanist's and people throw crosses at and are almost exiled from the popular circle. not like i want to be in that circle anyways. i hate stuck up bitches that worry bout braking a nail more than someone's feelings. so that means to stay away form the new guy. it's best i just hang out with the rejects of society.... my firends. cause boy troubles is the least thing i want to worry about. Not to mention a boy that gorgeous has to be trouble. 

i waited outside the school for my mum to pick me up for a doctors appointment. Kayla was keeping me company. Aidan and Alec walked past us and i swear i froze. it was so pathetic... was i falling for the new guy?... impossible. no way... i mean... i cant... no...

'hey so what is your name?' he said. was he talking to me? oh shit he was!

'M-maya...' i stuttered slightly as he acknowledged me and walked off with Aidan. 

'OMG! he spoke to you!' Kayla turned to me. 'Day-um... his voice is like liquidy chocolate... totally irresistable.' i rolled my eyes and my mum pulled up in her red sportscar to take me to see another doctor....
