Chapter 4:

-Lauren's POV-

I sat on my phone looking at twitter on the bunk I slept on whilst the others had a conversation in the main part of the tour bus. I kept on thinking about the twitter question they got last night and Eleanors threat. I can just about be able to be in the same room as them, is she really thinking of me being in a relationship with Louis?

I got up of the bunk and went to the kitchen area to get a drink and I jumped a little as I saw Louis there.

"Everything okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, sorry. I was just going to get a drink." I replied.

"We're not bad guys you know."

"I know, I just get a bit freaked out I guess."

"Maybe you can get to know us, and see what happens then."

"Maybe..."

"Come with me." He said, walking towards the door.

"Louis, you've got sound check in a couple hours, you can't go too far." I said following him.

"We're going into the building, does it look like we're going far?"

"Why are we going in there?"

He didn't answer me and just kept walking. We walked down a few corridors until we came to the door that led to the stage. We walked onto the stage and I looked around.

"This place is massive." My voice echoing slightly in the empty room. Louis sat down in the stage and I sat down opposite him. "Why did you bring me here? I'm sure Eleanor won't approve of it." He frowned a little.

"Why won't she? I just wanted to get to talk to you alone so maybe I can be someone else you can call for help instead of just Harry."

"And Perrie." I added. "But El just seems a bit protective over you that's all."

"How have you and El been getting along?"

"Okay I guess. I don't speak to her much." I lied.

We carried on talking and I don't know how long it was until someone picked me up from behind and swung me around. I let out a scream and got put down. I turned around seeing Harry smirking.

"It wasn't funny Harry." I said.

"Sorry. Anyway you two seem to be getting along well."  He teased a little.

"His idea." I said, pointing at Louis who was standing up off the floor.

"Be careful with her Lou. I don't want her to get hurt. What will Eleanor think of this?" Harry went on teasing.

"We were just talking, I wanted her to be able to have someone else to be able to talk to if she needed help." Louis said. Harry then hugged me... tightly.

"Urm, Harry?" I said. He pulled away. "Everything okay?"

"I'm just glad you're trying to get to know them." I raised my eyebrows at him and then heard someone clear their throats behind me. I turned around and saw everyone else stood infront on the stage. May I add that Eleanor didn't look too pleased at the sight of me standing next to Louis...

*

The boys had sound check and I made sure that I was always near someone just incase, so I sat on the corner of the stage talking to Perrie the whole time.

"What's wrong with Eleanor?" Louis asked, walking over to me and Perrie. I shrugged.

"I don't know, go talk to her." Perrie said. Louis nodded and walked over to where Eleanor was sat. I watched although I know what was wrong.

"Hey, you okay?" Perrie asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"You don't seem okay. What's wrong?" I sighed.

"I don't know anymore. I'm a little confused to be honest."

"Boy trouble?"

"Perrie let's talk realistic here. I've known you guys for two days, do you really think that?"

"We all saw you and Louis talking earlier, Harry just wanted to ruin it because... well, he doesn't want you to get hurt." Perrie said. I shook my head.

"He's so protective. I've only just started talking to Louis after two days. It's not like anything will happen."

"Brothers will be protective. I guess he just thought that maybe you will get a crush on Louis but he's already in a relationship with Eleanor so you won't be able to be with him."

I thought about it for a minute. Louis does seem like a nice person but I've only just started talking to him. I looked over at him and Eleanor who were still talking. They look happy together. But what if I do get close to Lou?

Perrie got up and walked away and then someone else sat down next to me. I looked and saw Liam. I stared at him for a little bit, unsure on what to do. But then I just rested my head on his shoulder and he put an arm around me.

"You're shaking." Liam whispered.

"Sorry. I'm now trying to get closer to you guys." I whispered back.

"Everythings going to be okay, you know." I sighed.

"I don't know how I feel right now. I'm a bit confused."

"Boy trouble?" He asked.

"That's exactly what Perrie thought. I don't get it, we were just talking."

"Maybe you should just wait a few days and see what happens. Maybe then you'll know."

I nodded and looked behind me to see Harry looking at me and Liam so I stood up and walked over to him.

"You don't have to be so protective over me, Harry."

"I don't want you to get hurt."

"I'm sure I can deal with getting to know them."

"Be careful. If anything happens, tell me."

I smiled and nodded at him. The rest of the night went by quickly. Whilst the boys were on stage Eleanor didn't look at me once. I really need time to think about all this...
