19. Meeting the rest

I drive as if I'm on a speedway so that we arrive only 10 minutes later at the airport.

Bruno: "Damn, girl! Are you sure you're not acting as a stuntman or something?"

Joy: "Sorry" I laugh, I just love driving fast so much!

Bruno: "I love it!" Bruno says excitedly but I'm not sure whether he's being serious. "Let's look for Dani and everyone else."

When we get out of the car and walk into the big hall of the airport I immediately notice and regonize Jamareo who's already smiling at me. Next to him stands the rest of Bruno's band, they all seem to be really relaxed.

'They all don't think badly about you, just walk up to them and make a good impression' I say to myself.

Joy: "There they are" I tell Bruno and point at them.

Bruno: "You're right, that's them. Let's go, I can't wait to introduce you to them" Bruno answers with a huge smile on his face. He grabs my hand and together we walk towards them. I feel a lot more confident with Bruno by my side. I know he'll be there for me if I don't know what to do and he makes me feel like I'm something special and none of his band members will doubt that.

Dani: "Ah, there you are! Where is Ryan?" Dani asks.

Bruno: "He needed to get some things done so I took someone else with me" Bruno replies and looks at me.

I carefully step forward and introduce myself.

Joy: "Hi, I'm Joyce Adams" I manage to say.

Dani first looks very seriously at me and doesn't say a word. For a few seconds I think she won't ever accept me and she thinks I'm just some bitch but then she smiles and hugs me.

Dani: "Nice to meet you, Joyce! I've already heard a lot about you and you seem to be really nice. Bru, you were definitely right about her." She says and lets go of me. I didn't expect her to be that friendly and I'm still kinda shocked because I thought she wouldn't like me so I don't answer her.

Jamereo: "Hi, I'm Ja..."

Joy: "Jamereo! i know" I say and smile.

Jam: "Yeah, right" he laughs.

Kameron: "Damn guys, you are all over the news." Kameron tells us without introducing himself. I'm not sure whether it's just his personality to be a bit unfriendly or if he just behaves like this because of me...

Dani: "That's true, have you checked your twitter already?" Dani asks me.

Joy: "no. we have been so bussy actually"

Jam: "we saw that Bruno's started to follow you and now we're all follow you as well"

Dani: "first some fans were tweeting thinks like: 'who is that girl he just followed.' And: 'shall that be his new GF they're all talking about' and after we also started to follow you, you gained about 600 more followers. And they're not even sure if it's really you who's all over the news. Because the paparazzi still haven't taken a picture of you at daylight." She explains.

Jam: "But there are also some rude tweets mentioning you. So be prepared if you check your twitter."

Kam: "And just ignore those idiot tweets. It's just jealousy"

Joy: "thanks for the warning guys. I think I will wait for checking it." The way they all care about me makes me happy. It shows that they respect me and want me to be fine. I'm not sure if I can handle all the mean tweets already so I'll just ignore twitter for a while, all these paparazzis that are stalking us are already enough for me.

Bruno puts his arm around me and says "We should go. I'm afraid we've already got noticed."

We all look aside and get what he means: There are about 30 people that are running up to us.

We quickly get into the car again and I drive back to our hotel with almost 200kmph and I'm really glad there aren't any crazy fans around it this time. Everything is so new to me and I feel myself getting tired and exhausted. The only thing I wanna do now is go back into our suite and lay down on the couch.

'Everything went better than expected' I think. Everyone seems to like (or at least doesn't hate or dislike) me and I can already imagine being friends with all of them, I bet it's gonna be an amazing and funny time with them!
