Jayfeather X Half Moon (Meet me at dawn)

I Will Wait Forever

"What do you mean? I thought you always lived here?" She took a step closer to me. I look down. "Not exactly." I whisper. "Wh.. What?" She murmured. I could tell she was disappointed.

"You see.. Here.. I'm Jays Wing. But in the modern world.. I'm Jayfeather. The blind medicine cat of ThunderClan.." I say looking away.

"You'll... Still come back? Right?" She asked, eyes dull. I look back at her.

"Yes. I promise Half Moon.. I'll always love you.." I say smiling.

She blushes. "I'll wait forever Jays Wing." I nod. She smiled a sweet smile at me as I smile very slightly. I turned my back and instantly frowned. I run quickly into the darkness, tears flying back in the wind.

Half Moon closes her eyes, tears falling as she whispers "I'll wait forever.."

I then shoot up from sleep and realize I'm in ThunderClan again. I sigh and hear someone. It was Leafpool.

Leafpool came in and asked. "Jayfeather? Are you alright?" I turn my back to her and grunt. "Why would you care.."

She looked down. "Nevermind.." I grunt again and look to her. I sigh "What do you want.." She stops and says. "I just wanted to see how you were doing. Also. During dawn. I heard some faint crying coming from your den. Is something wrong?" She asks

I look down. Half Moon. I then realize she heard that. "Who's Half Moon?" Leafpool replied. My eyes widen and I look to the tabby she-cat. "Uh.. She's.." Might as well tell the truth without explaining another lie. "She's a she-cat from an Ancient Clan I visit... I feel belonged there and I'm a whole different cat there. Jays Wing. And... I'm in love with Half Moon.." I say.

Leafpools ears fall back. "You know that medicine cats can't fall in love!" She hissed. "How could you explain that?!"

"Not as Jayfeather.. But Jays Wing can!" I shout. "You can never be mates nor have kits! If your still alive!" She said.

I hiss. "But I love her! And the medicine cat code.. No the warrior code! Can't stop me!" I run off.

"Jayfeather!" Leafpool shouted. She starts running after me. I ran into an abandoned cave which led me to... StarClan...
