Bella's P.O.V.

"Come on Bella!" Angela pleaded, giving me her best puppy dog look.

Angela, Jessica, Mike, Tyler, and Eric were all going to La Push beach and were begging me to come.

"I don't know..." I said thinking of my family and how worried they would be. "Let me call Carlisle."

I dialed his number and he picked up on the first ring.

"Bella, are you ok?" He asked.

"I'm fine dad," I assured him before moving on,"I was just wondering if I could go hang out with Angela and some of her friends."

"Where are you going?"

"Just around Angela's house," I lied, earning an eye roll from Angela. La Push was nowhere near Angela's house.

"Ok, just be careful." he instructed.

I agreed and hung up, smiling at my friends before yelling "To the beach we go!"

They cheered and we all climbed into Tyler's mini-van and we drove to La Push

Edward's P.O.V.

I was seated at the armchair by the front door waiting for Bella to arrive. I frowned when I realized it was Carlisle.

I scanned through his thoughts quickly and realized that Bella was going to Angela's house.

Or at least Carlisle thought she was.

I saw Alice's eyes go blank and got sucked into a vision.

Bella was going to first beach at La Push with a bunch of friends.

"She's at La Push," I snarled, thinking of the shapeshifters that lived around there.

"What? Bella told me she was going to Angela's house," Carlisle said, suspicion clear in his eyes.

"She lied," Alice explained. "She wanted to go to La Push but knew we would never let her. How she managed to lie convincingly is a mystery." Alice refereed to Bella's lying.

It was true, Bella was really horrible at lying.

"She should be safe though, since she is going with her friends," Esme reasoned. "When she comes back home, we just warn her to not go back there."

I agreed with Esme's plan and nodded, deciding to go hunting while my angel was gone.

I went alone this time, the scent of mountain lion leading me into the wilderness.

Bella's P.O.V.

"I don't know guys," I said. They were trying to get me to come and surf with them but I wasn't sure.

Although if I fell I was a perfectly good swimmer, having had an indoor pool since I was one. But I was extremely uncoordinated and was afraid.

"Come on Bella! Stop being such a scaredy cat!" Jessica taunted me, knowing I couldn't resist a challenge.

It worked, I glared at her, then grabbed the white surfboard from her hands and started going in to the ocean.

I was stopped a few seconds later.

"Bella, don't you want a wetsuit?" Angela asked, holding in her laughter.

I dropped the surfboard and went into the bathroom, blushing a bright red.
