>Carol<
I raised my glass following everybody's actions.
I couldn't believe I had my little girl back. I thought I'd never get to see her again.
I turned my head to the direction of her. She was with Carl, she looked like she was on the edge of breaking down. Carl opened his arms and Sophia rested her head on his chest.
I know any mother would go to their child to check on her but Carl was doing a good job at keeping her stable. She doesn't realize it and I doubt he does but they make each other happy.
My thoughts were interrupted as Daryl approached me.
"Hey"
"Hi" I put my glass down giving him all of my attention.
"She's home, she's really home" he smiled.
"I know" I smiled back at him.
He grabbed my hand as i widened my eyes. .
"And we're never letting her go"
Daryl hugged me tightly. I looked over his shoulder as we embraced.... something felt...
weird....
dangerous.
I shrugged it off and pulled away from Daryl, we watched Carl and Sophia laugh, they're so beautiful. Everything was back how it should be.... but for how long? I can't shake this feeling....
>Sophia<
"GAH!" I jumped up in bed, dripping with sweat. My palms were sweaty and I saw my reflection in the vanity mirror, it was like a haystack that'd been dragged around all day.
I hopped out of bed and grabbed a shower. It felt great to feel clean again, it was also great to have a bedroom again, after the party a few days ago, I agreed to have a bedroom in my friends.... my family's house, I smiled. My bruises were nearly clearer up, but they still ache to touch.
I started to remember my dream, Blake attacked Alexandria, he killed everybody, they all just.... froze and he killed them all. As he approached me I woke up, thank god. But I can't shake the feeling of something... bad.
After my lovely shower, I threw on a pair of blue jeans and ATL GA jersey shirt and a pair of sneakers. I twisted my hair up into a messy bun.
"Mmmm that smells good!'" I said to Glenn, he was making eggs.
