Whats Wrong?

Monday was the second week of DWTS, they did a week on Latin week, but something was off among her friends. Marissa was acting funny and super closed off to her friends, she's wasn't answering any of the jokes everybody made about DWTS. So Vanessa and Chloe decided to test the waters with her.
Text:
Vanessa:I hope Peta and Nyle get voted off!
Chloe: Same! They're so bad! Their Rumba was so off point!
Marissa: I thought it was good.
Chloe: Sharna's was beyond good!
Vanessa: I thought Peta looked super slutty, she's getting married, why doesn't she show less skin!
Marissa: Really!! Val shows more skin then she does! Val even told Nyle not to take his shirt off since it was his job #stripperalert
Chloe: Finally, we got you to talk! What's wrong?!
Marissa: It doesn't matter!
Vanessa: You can tell us!
Chloe: It's not like you have a sister you never knew about.
Marissa:....
Vanessa and Chloe waited for the show to be done, before they consider coming over. Vanessa thought it was weird how Marissa just stopped texting and answering phone calls after that one text.
Chloe and Vanessa drove there, wondering the whole Time what was happening and going on. What they didn't know was their lives were all going to change at that exact moment. They also didn't know when too.
Doorbell Ring...
Marissa:You guys didn't have to!
Marissa said while opening the front door to her two friends who were holding food.
V&C: We wanted to! And besides we had to!
Chloe and Vanessa laughed at the fact that they were talking in sync and it was a funny moment.
MD: Marissa who's there!
Marissa: My friends, can they spend the night? Or can I come over?
MD: IDC! Just get out of here!
Chloe: Let's go to my car.

Everybody got in the car before Marissa dad could change his mind, The air was think and thin and it was hard to talk. Marissa had a black eye and busted up lip, Vanessa handed Marissa makeup to cover up the bruises. Chloe immediately turned on the radio, to cover up Marissa crying, everybody waited until their favorite song: Mrs. Incredible was done playing to ask questions.
Vanessa: Did you try crying the cops like I told you?
Marissa: Yeah, I did. It's my word against my dad. And here's the other thing, he's not my dad.
Chloe: Yeah of course not, he's your step-dad.
Marissa: No. My dad is Peta Murgatroyd father...
Chloe: Yeah right. And my sister is Sharna Burgess
Vanessa: And somehow I'm related to Makism and Valentin Chmerkovskiy.

There was such a thick silence, that it caused the 2 girls to turn around and look at the younger girl in the backseat.
Vanessa- You're serious!?
Marissa- Yeah, I found this in my dads drawer.
Marissa handed Vanessa and Chloe a birth certificate, Vanessa read and looked it over while Chloe continued to drive. Once they reached Vanessa's house, Chloe read the birth certificate Vanessa held in her hand. Both girls were stunned and couldn't speak.
Chloe- What are you going to do?
Marissa- IDK
Vanessa- Who's going to believe her?
Both girls turned to look at Vanessa as if she was crazy.
Vanessa- I mean, if you bring it up without any proof, she's going to see you as some crazy obsessed fan.
Chloe- She's right. You need proof to back up your claim
Marissa- Like what!?
Vanessa- For starters, I would do a DNA test, and look for some pictures of your parents when they were younger.
Chloe- Yeah, I agree. Google it and what to do.

All 3 girls exited the car and went inside Vanessa's house and waited in the living room, while Vanessa talked to her mom about Marissa situation. While Marissa and Chloe waited for Vanessa, Marissa looked up on the Internet to find out her rights about finding her father. Chloe, on the other hand, texted her mom letting her know where she was staying.
Vanessa- My mom said yes, but to be clear, my mom doesn't want any trouble if the cops come to get you if your dad calls.
Marissa- Don't worry, I will tell them, the truth and Chloe is our witness.
Chloe- Yep. I got chu!

It was a long week for them, Chloe drove Marissa and herself to school, while Vanessa went to college. They would come home to eat dinner and bring back a change of clothes, while staying at Vanessa's house. Chloe and Vanessa couldn't help but thought about what Marissa said about her being Peta's sister, Vanessa already had a half-sister who was a couple years younger then her youngest brother Luke. Chloe was the youngest in her family, she has 3 brothers, 2 brothers who moved out and were living on their own, Chloe was living with her parents and Oscar. Chloe turned on Vanessa's laptop and Google DNA tests and wanted to see if it was possible.

Vanessa- What are you doing?
Chloe- I can't sleep, what if Marissa was right about being Peta's sister?
Vanessa- I highly doubt it, you know Val hasn't messaged me back or anything.
Chloe- You serious?!
Vanessa- Yeah and we were getting to know each other pretty well.
That's was when Vanessa got a new email from a unknown sender.
Hi Vanessa.
This is Makism Chmerkovskiy, but you can call me Maks, I know Val hasn't been emailing you lately, and he's sorry about that, he's been busy with the tour. On April 22, my brother, Peta, Jenna and I would love to take our fan out to dinner. We will be in Washington on Wednesday April 20th and we would love to hangout with you before we take you to dinner.

Chloe and Vanessa couldn't believe their eyes, Vanessa had been invited out to eat by her favorite dancer brothers. None of them knew how to act, so they decided to sleep it off. The probability of being a Chmerkovisky sister was 1 in 5.

Chloe took Marissa home to look for things that she could use for the DNA testing and she did the same thing at her house. While Vanessa's friends were at home looking for things, Vanessa needed something that would go missing and stay missing for a long period of time and her siblings and mom wouldn't be suspicious. Luckily for her, she had switched out her old toothbrush for a new one, she would just collect it before they took out the trash. This was not a decision to be taken lightly and joke about, it could change their life forever. Chloe had only 14 years of being on this earth, if Sharna was her sister, Sharna wouldn't miss out on so much that could/couldn't be replaced. Marissa was only 12 years old, she had plenty of time to catch up with Peta and tell Peta everything. Now they had to see what was going on with Kimmie and Michaela.
