Ch. 9 I Guess its Time

*2 weeks later

I'm officially 3 months pregnant now, and I'm so excited. I've been working on my shoe line and Jada and our tea product. I have a red carpet event to introduce my line. The event is this weekend and I'm showing big time. I will be announcing my pregnancy there. In the meantime, I'm looking through the photos that Jada sent me for our advertisement.

"Baby", I called from my sitting area in my bedroom. George came walking in to the room

"Wassup, babe", he said leaning over me.

"Look at the photos we took some weeks ago",I said to him.

"They look good, what's the matter", he said kissing my forehead.

"I'm showing, I look like a whale almost", I said rubbing my belly.

"We'll you are pregnant and your my big blue whale", he laughed walking away from me.

I closed my laptop and jumped up from my couch. I went into Carter room to see what he was doing. He was playing his game and talking to his friends on the phone.

"Y'all can't beat me in this 2k13", he bragged to his friends.

"Carter", I said snapping him out of the game.

" Hey mom", he said looking up at me.

"Are you enjoying yourself, I wanted to know if you were hungry", I said to him.

" Yea but can I got to Kyian house", he asked begging me.

"Yea ill call her but you need to have your room cleaned and stuff packed", I strictly told him.

I went wobbling downstairs to the kitchen. I made carter some macaroni and cheese. I went to fix my self some tea when I saw this pic of Carter when he was about 5 months old. It brought back so many memories and thoughts of my labor. I went to grab my phone to called Lala, Kyian's mother, and asked to see if Carter could come over and confirmed it.

Carter was picked up by Carmelo and Kyian. George and I was getting ready for my big event. Part of me was nervous but the other half was very happy. I was more nervous on how people would react to me being pregnant. Other than that I was very excited, George would keep telling me "it will be fine". I was wearing LBD dress that showed off my baby bump. I wore my black Dior heels with a gold statement necklace. George had a grey suit on with his black shirt and tie. On they way to the event, getting closer and closer I could hear the people screaming. We invited everyone, The Kardashians, Lala, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce and Jay Z, Rihanna, Karruche, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Jada, Jacquees, Issa, Tyra Banks, Tamar and her sisters,Kanye, Kevin Hart and his girlfriend, Kelly Rowland, Ciara and Future, T.I and Tiny, Toya, and so many others.

George got out the car and helped me out. He grabbed my hand and we went to the sideline till the lady would tell us to move on the carpet. I saw fans on the side and would talk to them, they say so many nice things. When it was time to walk the carpet I took a deep breath and began to pose for the camera. We would take 3 pictures on one X and then on to the next one. When we got to the third X, George placed his hand on my stomach and I placed my hand on top of his. The people went wild over this small reaction. George leaned down and whispered to me.

"This is what you were afraid", he said smiling to me. I laughed and began rubbing my belly and we would kiss each other once in a while. I was so happy when we got to the last X it was party time. I walked in to the cocktail area , I chatted with everyone. I talked to mostly everyone who was there.

The event started and I went up to speak about my shoe line. I had models to walk the runway to show of my shoe line. It's called "J'Ariel", I had the runway setup as a table. While everyone was eating they would have a nice look at the shoe. Once the show was over I thanked everyone for showing. I gave a special thanks to George.

"I just wanted to thank everybody for coming to my shoe line. I love what I do with Fashion. The support I get from you and my fans keep me wanting to drive more and better myself. Now that I'm having a baby and a 7 year old son ill be a very busy women. I couldn't have done all this without my loving husband, partner, and friend. Thanks baby I love you Sooo much. I couldn't keep all of this up without you and your help", I said and George stood up and blew me a kiss.

"Thanks again everyone, and on the way out all my ladies please get a pair if my exclusive pair of J'Ariels with few extras", I said and I walked to my husband who was walking towards me grabbing my hand and kissing my cheek.

I woke up this morning feeling so jolly for no reason. I turned my tv on to watch E! News. The first thing I heard was "A baller or Model what will the Hills be bringing to the world", and it went to commercial. I woke George up trying to get him to hear it for himself. He turned around and stretch his arm across from me.

"Morning Baby",he said looking at me.

"Babe, they just talked about us on the news", I said to him.

Once I said that it popped up and they brought it back up.

"Look!", I excitedly told him.

"Basketball player George Hill and Fashion Designer/Model Jasmine are expecting a baby. They lovely couple showed it off at her event do her new shoe line J'Ariel. Carter Hill will be a big brother, Congratulations to the Hill family".

"Awww how cute and special", was that", I said to him looking at him.

"That was nice, I feel like I want a girl this time around", he said rubbing my belly.

"I need to call my doctor", I said going through my phone.

"You want me to come",he said getting out of the bed.

"I will love for you to come",I exaggerated. He walked in the bathroom, meanwhile I called my doctor making my appointment for today.

George came around the water fountain and parked in front of the door to let me out. I walked through the door and signed in. I was wearing a peach Lavnin dress with my Christian Louibiton peach ankle strapped stilettos. A few minutes later George came walking in. The doctor called us in the room and started asking questions. He sat in his chair and opened my legs to check up on my who-ha. George stood back not want to see anything, he watched the doctors hands making sure he was doing his job right.

"We'll everything looks absolutely great", he said taking off his gloves.

"Thank you", I told him.

"Your welcome, you can come back when you hit 4 months", he said jotting it on his paper.

"Okay thanks again", George said helping me fix myself.

On the way walking out to the parking lot we saw the paparazzi coming toward us. We held hands and walked to the car calm. They asking about me and the pregnancy. I was okay until they said "Hey George! Can't wait to see you play in Miami next weekend". I was looked at him and got in the car. I was upset that he didn't tell me, I was curious of why he didn't though.

"What was he talking about", I calmly said.

"I was going to tell you when the time is right",he said looking at the road.

"Why you didn't tell me when you found out", I said getting upset.

"Because Jasmine, you are very busy and stressed out. I don't want you to be like that and then with me gone is even worst. You need to be relaxed at this time", he said being concerned.

"I mean babe, going to Miami is not bad I do have a store down there and I can fix it up a little bit", I said to him.

"Babe, what about Carter and the soon-to-be baby",he touching my belly.

"I'm coming to Miami, I know I'm a mom and business woman but I'm also your loving wife and supporter", I said as we pulled up in the drive way.

"You forgot #1 fan", he laughed.
