As William made his way to his home in an apartment complex not too far from the Capitol building he stopped by the local newspaper shop to catch up on the latest events. "Jewish spies in the white house? Japanese threats of war? Read all about it!" Cried the paperboy. This boy was no more than 8 years old he hadn't seen the war. He was raised to believe the nazis had liberated America from its Jewish oppressors and that the atomic bombing of new york was what led us to see the might of Hitler's Reich. William grabbed a newspaper and began reading it on his way home to keep these thoughts out of his head. He had fought in the war, watched his brothers in arms collapse, watched how the German war machine would shred through Allied lines, he watched liberty die.
