Is it Love?? Chapter 3

Sorry for the wait guys. I had to study for this test that i had. So, here is chap 3 annddd i hope you like it.

Chapter 3

It felt like hours until my mom finally replied. I am really nervous, scared and hungry since I didn’t get to eat lunch.

“Well that’s surprising” She seemed to be having trouble getting her answer out. I knew exactly how she felt. I was speechless when Josh touched me and I realized that he was my mate.

“Well, I guess there is nothing that I can do to help your situation. I just need you to know that I love you so much and if your father was here, he say the same thing.” She replied sadly.

We never really talked about my dad since he died two years ago. He was killed trying to protect me and my mom from rogues. He killed them all except for one. They attacked because my dad was Alpha. They next weakest thing to my dad besides my mom was his kids.

Beginning of Dream

When I was younger, we were attacked. I was about 11 when it happened. My sister Camille just turned 13. My dad fought them as we tried to get away and get help. But being Camille, she just had to go and help. When we finally got help and realized that everything was good again. We were walking back to the house when we noticed that Camille wasn’t with us. We looked for her everywhere. We went to other packs to see if they saw her, posted pictures of her, but nothing. We spent more than 2 years looking for her. All connection we had with her was broken.

Two years ago we finally found the rogues, but they didn’t have Camille. I begged them for her. I even told them I could take her place, but they just told me I was useless since they were having so much fun with her. That set my dad off, so he wanted to kill them. We were outnumbered. There was ten of them and eight of us. We had my mom parents and her brother and my dad’s parents. My family was doing good until one of the rogues shifted back to human form and stabbed my dad in the back while he kill another wolf. I screamed for my dad to turn around, but it was too late. The rogue was killed quickly after and I ran over to my dad and hugged him without trying to him.

“I love you Tamara. I love you all. Try to find Camille and tell her I love her.” He croaked as his body became still and lifeless.

“Dad, dad, please don’t go. I need you. I love you.” I cried as I continued to hug his still body.

“Please don’t leave us” I whispered as my family hugged me and tried to calm me down.

Ever since he died, we have been looking all over for Camille just like I promised. I missed her so much. I bet she would know what to do if she was in my situation. I had to find her.

End of Dream

I must have fallen asleep because Mom was nowhere in sight. I got out of bed and made my way downstairs. Mom was unpacking some of the kitchen stuff from the boxes we had sitting in the corner.

“Hey honey, how are you feeling?” she asked as she out the plates in the cabinet.

“Better, the nap really helped.” I said as I looked out the back door into the dark night.

“I’m glad you feel better. I really hate to see you like that. I wish I could help but who am I to stand in between you and your mate.” She looked at me with a sad smile.

“Mom, I’m going for a run.” I said as I walked out the back door and looked into the darkness of the trees. Before I started my run, I ran back inside to hug my mom. She jumped about ten feet. “I love you mom” and ran back out the house before she could reply.

I stood still and listened to made sure no one was hiding in the tress before I stripped out of my clothes and shifted.  I was a pretty white wolf with brown on my paws. I started off with a sprint and then to full speed. I haven’t ran like this in over a month since we have been so busy packing and everything. When I shift, everything becomes so much clearer. My eyesight is much clearer, not that it’s not clear when I’m in human form and my hearing is like ten times better. I was enjoying the air going through my fur and I forgot how good it felt.

I didn’t really know how long I was running but it was a while, so I started to make my way back to the house. I hopped onto the back porch, shifted and stretched. I quickly pit my clothes on in fear of someone watching me while I’m naked and headed into the house. I looked at the time on the microwave and it said 10:37pm. Wow, I’ve been running for a while. I made my way upstairs and took a nice long shower.

I didn’t realize how tired I was until my head hit the soft pillows. I shouldn’t have been tired since I took that long nap, but as Snooki and Deena would say “What are ya gonna do.” (It’s a jersey shore thing.)
