She has to die.
There is no other way.
Outside, it's raining. Lightning flashes and I flinch. There she is again!
I stare at my reflection in the mirror. Lightning flashes again and I scream. No more!
I clench my fingers and punch. Once, twice, thrice. The mirror shatters. I grip a shard of glass. It cuts into my skin. Ruby droplets in the sink.
Brilliant light flashes through the window and I stab, upwards and inwards.
My skin ripples, she leaves my body like smoke from a fire.
I am alone when I die, mocked by a taunting shadow.
Author's Note:
Well, this was fun! Now I just hope it's scary too.
