I sat down sobbing against the bathroom door. Someone tried opening the door. "Occupied." I sobbed sniffing. I stood up and wiped my eyes. I looked in the mirror. Shit. My eyes were red and puffy and there was no foundation. How do I explain this?
I took a deep breath and opened the door. And lo and behold Regina fucking George. I had almost forgotten this was Kylie's house. "Lily?" Kylie asked from behind her sister. "Oh hey. I was just erm... You know maybe, bitten by a er... Racoon?" I lied biting my lip. Regina raised her eyebrow smirking. "And where exactly did this raccoon come from?" She asked.
"Er well outside? Yeah. I got bitten outside. And... I was really embarrassed. So I... Er locked myself in here." I lied awkwardly. Kylie laughed. "Honey, you're so bad at lying." Regina said. I bit my lip. "N-no I'm not. I'm telling the truth." I lied unconvincingly.
I did what I always do. I ran. I was like a mouse heading straight for the cat's mouth. Or a deer heading straight for the headlights. Why was I even crying? I had no clue. "This you playing it cool?" Tara asked raising her eyebrows as I became a crumbling mess on the floor in front of her and Piper.
"What do they mean?" Kylie asked coldly with Trevor, Summer and Ellie right behind her. I gulped. "T-they erm mean... That I-I should be urm... Cooler." I half-lied. Kylie raised her eyebrows. "My sister already told you. You're an awful liar." She said slapping me.
"Woah stop. What are you doing babe?" Asked Trevor. "No. I deserved that. I'm guilty of trying to ruin you lives. But i'm too much of a coward. Piper, Tara sorry to let you down... But I can't do this. And Kylie... I can't be one of you. I'm sorry." I said as I walked out, tears streaming down my face.
I ran home crying. I'm such an idiot.
