Who will be the first to be skin and bones?
That, my dear, is impossible to answer. They were all skin and bones for different reasons. Some just in dreams, some living with it.
Think about it, who really achieved the dream of skin and bones.
In my eyes it was none. Since that dream is merely impossible.
