~Winter's POV~
"So, how was your night here?" Aphmau asked as we exited her house on the island se was currently staying on. "It was interesting considering there was someone yelling "I MUST STUDY THIS" all night." I said remembering the weird man yelling. Aphmau stopped walking and burst out laughing. "HA HA HA!!! OH MY IRENE! Im sorry about that....HA HA!....that was Chad, he's really.....in nice words....odd." She said after she stopped laughing. "Oh...Um...can I ask you something?" I asked. Should I really ask her about Aaron? Oh well its now or never. "Sure, Winter whats up?" Aphmau asked. "Well....do you know about Aaron? Like his past?" I blurted out, curious. She looked at me and looked back at the house. "Follow me first." She bolted into the woods and I followed. We ran past millions of trees and came to a clearing with a water fall. The waterfall was small and there was jewels in the stone behind the waterfall. "What in the name of Irene are we doing here?" I asked trying not to sound rude. Aphmau tossed her diamond sword on the grass and sat down. "I wanted to talk to you privately without Aaron hearing us talk about him." She said as I sat down in front of her as she continued to talk. "So do you know the legend of Falcon Claw?" I thought for a moment...Falcon Claw...that sounds familiar. "Sorta, isn't it about a lord that went mad and.....slaughtered his own village?" I said practically summing up the story. Aphmau looked at me shocked and spoke. "Wow...your recovering fast aren't you?" I laughed and she smiled. "So what does that have to do with Aaron?" I asked. I could of sworn I heard someone moving in the bushes but I didn't look behind me. "Well....Aaron was sorta......the......"She said slowly. "Lord" Someone said. I turned around to see Aaron leaning agents a tree with his bandana off. "I was the lord of Falcons Claw." He repeated. I couldn't breath. Aphmau stood up surprised he was here. How? Is he dangerous?? OMI! I KISSED A LORD! "AARON! IM SOOOO SORRY! I WAS GONNA TELL YOU I TOLD HER! I JUST WASNT..." Aphmau panicked staring at him. Aaron went over to her and held her arms to calm her down. "Its fine. I would have told her myself anyway." He said. I felt a bit jealous that he was holding her. I knew he liked her. And she liked him. I knew from the start I never had a chance with him. But just as I was going to say something. Everything turned black.
~Aaron's POV~
I was holding Aphmau's arms calming her down when I heard a thud and looked behind me. Winter fainted. "WINTER!!!" Aphmau screamed running to her side. I rushed over to her and picked her up. "Go grab your sword and go back to the others and tell them to find Lucinda." I said holding Winter in my arms. "O-okay." Aphmau stuttered grabbing her sword and bolted in the woods. I walked with Winter for a long time. I would have gotten back faster if i had ran but I couldn't risk her getting hurt. I began to smell smoke of the campfire as I walked closer and closer to the village. Then I heard Winter mumbling something. "Z-zane....get...away..." She mumbled. I ignored it for now but needed to tell Aphmau when I saw her. "Hang in there Winter."
