Derek invited me inside. We went into the kitchen and sat down at the table. Derek asked me. So What made you come back now? I said. "I had to find out if you survived. I wanted to know if you were still alive. I love you Derek and I missed you. He stood up. Then asked. seventeen years pass and you come back now? Why not sooner? My sister died eleven years ago. And not one word from you. I looked at him with tears in my eyes. and asked. Laura is dead! HOW? Derek said Uncle Peter killed her so he could be the Alpha. I said Oh my gosh Derek.
