Chapter3 : Nights to Remember

"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on."

I woke up with a massive headache, I feel like anytime by now my head is going to explode. I grabbed my phone from the bedside table and was surprised by the time. I can't believe it's already 12:30. As I slowly got up from my bed, I tried to remember what happened last night. But I think I drank too much to remember all the crazy stuffs we did. I went to the CR to take a quick bath just to wake my body up. After drying myself I walked in my closet and chose a simple outfit for today since I wouldn't be doing much. I walked downstairs and directly went to the kitchen.

"Gising ka na pala, ayan na ang breakfast este brunch mo inihanda ko na sa lamesa." Manang Isay said while laughing

"Brunch talaga" I said while laughing. "Asaan ba sina Mom?" I asked habang papunta sa lamesa at umupo.

"Ay nako si Mom mo may meeting, nagmamadali nga kanina eh. Tapos Dad mo, hindi ko alam kung saan pumunta basta nagmamadali rin." Manang Isay said while preparing my juice. "May gusto ka pa bang kainin para mawala ang sakit ng ulo mo?" Manang Isay added while she gave me my juice.

"No, thank you manang." I said while finishing my food.

After eating my food I went to my room. I really don't know what I'm gonna do today since Ysha and Ange has work. And I know Ysha skipped work because she woke up late too, but I think she deserves to rest. I immediately texted her.

A: Good morning! Or shall I say Afternoon? Haha! I know you skipped work today so you better prepare an excuse to give to your boss! Love yah x

I laughed reading at her text message. May tama talaga tong si Ysha. I suddenly craved for Ice Cream. I silently walked downstairs to the kitchen, I opened the fridge and searched for an ice cream. After a minute or two of searching I've decided to go to SnR to buy my all time favourite ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. I grabbed my car keys and my purse before heading out.

Luckily for me SnR was only a few blocks from home. Thanking God that I don't live far because ughh traffic. I searched for a decent parking space for me to park my car and headed out after finding one. As I got in people were busy buying stuffs they needed. I directly grabbed a basket and went to the food part where I could find the ice creams. I hastily grabbed my Top 4 favorite flavors.. Salted Caramel, A Swirled of Difference which contains peanut butter ice cream with a crunchy peanut butter swirl & raspberry swirl, Cheesecake Brownie which contains Cheesecake Ice cream with cheesecake brownie chunks and the last Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

After grabbing the four Ice cream jars I strolled around SnR because maybe I could find something useful for tomorrow's dinner. As I walked in another aisle I was deeply shocked with the person I saw. It was him.  He is here.  He then turned around and our eyes were locked. I quickly turned around and walked straight ahead before he would talk to me.

"Hey Aly!" He said

I didn't take notice of what he said and just pretended that I didn't hear him.
Why now? Why do I have to see him in here out of all places. It hasn't been a week since I've arrived, tapos nakita ko na sya. Too many questions swirling through my mind. My emotions are really driving me insane. I directly went to the cashier to pay for my Ice cream and headed out to the parking lot.
